Savannah's Iconic Post Modern condo for 4!
Savannahâs Historic Jones Street was penned Americaâs most beautiful street by Southern Living in 2016.
With itâs 200 year old cobblestones & historic row-houses, on the corner of Jones & Habersham Streets, stands Savannahâs most iconic Post Modern home.
Designed & built by local architect Jerry Lominack, the recently renovated home features abstract cylindrical & rectangular forms, steeply sloped copper roofs & massive windows. On the Habersham Street side of the home are 2 attached condos with equally clean lines, a contemporary façade & private entrances.
We welcome you to the The Haven on Habersham!
Stepping into The Haven 340, guests are met with a sophisticated interior bathed in natural daylight. The home & attached condos were completely renovated in 2022 by international design firm, Plum Design West.
Entering 340, on the left is the sleek, sunny kitchen and on the right is the 1st floor powder room. The dining nook is complete with an MCM Tulip table and 4 chairs & the newly renovated kitchen is outfitted with oak countertops, stainless steel appliances & a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all one needs to whip up a stay-at-dinner or reheat your local takeout. Our coffee bar has a Ninja coffee maker & an electric tea kettle with sweeteners & assorted teas at your fingertips.
Next you will enter the reading salon with Scandinavian armchairs and a velvety, emerald green settee. You can sip your morning coffee while plotting your Savannah must-see list! The light-filled gathering space is complete with a custom-made, slip covered sofa, hardwood coffee table and a smart TV. The home is thoughtfully curated, crisp and adorned with hues of gold, blue & pink scattered in the textiles and bespoke art.
The far wall of glass is open to one of hundreds of private courtyards scattered throughout the Historic District. You will feel like youâre in on a little secret while sipping an evening cocktail on the private balcony. Listen for the Savannah soundtrack of horsesâ hooves, church bells & an occasional shipsâ horn.
Up one flight of stairs are the 2 bedrooms & the full bathroom. Both bedrooms are sleek yet comfortable with queen beds, luxury linens & lots of light!
Between the bedrooms is the clean, modern bathroom. The spacious walk-in shower has a waterfall showerhead, a hand-held sprayer & sliding glass door. The well-lit vanity has extra storage behind the mirror and in the lower cabinet.
The Haven 340 offers comfort & sophistication while in close walking distance to all the historic sites of Savannah! Make this your haven away from home!
NOTES:
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years of age. NO exceptions.
PETS: One DOG (max 85 lbs) allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $100. No cats due to allergies.
NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators WILL be evicted and/or fined. The City of Savannah Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. The City of Savannah Police and neighborhood strictly enforce this.
NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS!!
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 4 people including infants & children, at all times.
No smoking or vaping.

Parking in front of our home on Habersham Street is FREE.
Most of Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.
You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Service.
