DETAILS ON THE HOUSE--

The first floor features a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a full washer and dryer, bathroom, and side door where you can bring all your sandy things and get them right into the wash! There are no steps on the first floor with a step-in shower and access to a queen sofa sleeper, along with a twin pull out bed.

The second floor has a loft with a queen bed and French doors leading out to a sprawling deck surrounded by palm trees. The second floor has an owner's retreat with a private bedroom and bathroom, along with two other equipped bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a bathtub.

The third floor is a loft bedroom with another full bathroom. The room opens up to another wrap-around deck with nearly 360-degree views.
