This pet-friendly escape is designed for families (and your favorite four-legged crew members) looking to soak up summer fun, fresh mountain air, and moments of relaxation in a galaxy not so far away.

Top Floor:
The command center of your basecamp awaits! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfast missions to big summer BBQ feasts. The open living room and dining area are perfect for gathering the crew, sharing stories from the day’s adventures, or simply kicking back together after hiking or exploring. The master bedroom offers a private retreat with its own bathroom, while Bedroom #2 features twin bunk beds and a queen bed for little Padawans or young explorers. Bedroom #3 includes a comfy queen bed, and a second bathroom adds extra convenience for the whole family.

Downstairs:
The rebel base of fun continues below deck! The family room features arcade games and a board game library for playful rivalry and laughter on warm summer nights. A second kitchenette makes snack prep a breeze with a full suite of appliances and a trusty coffee pot for early risers or late-night stargazers. Bedroom #4 includes a full and twin bunk bed with its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full and twin bunk bed, while Bedroom #6 offers a cozy queen bed. Note: The only bathroom on this level is in Bedroom #4.

Outdoor Adventures:
Outside, the summer magic truly shines. Grill up dinner on the patio and dine al fresco with mountain views all around. After a day of hiking, kayaking, or exploring nearby trails, unwind in the hot tub under a canopy of twinkling stars. Our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected (if your droid needs it), and with parking for up to 4 vehicles, your arrival and departure are smooth as a hyperdrive jump.

Please Note: FISHING/BOATING/SWIMMING ARE NOT PERMITTED ON RESERVOIR BY VACATION RENTAL GUESTS.
While fishing, boating, and swimming are not permitted on Burgess Reservoir due to HOA regulations, you’ll find plenty of nearby aquatic adventures at 11 Mile Reservoir, Manitou Lake, Catamount Reservoir, and Rampart Reservoir. Pack your swimsuits, water toys, and sense of adventure!

- Access to the entire home (excluding locked closets/doors & garage).
- (1) Pets Allowed (under 50 lbs) with prior approval and a $75/pet fee.
- Fishing/Kayaking/Boating/Swimming on the lake are prohibited per HOA rules. Only homeowners are
allowed per HOA restrictions.
- Hosting events & parties is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect wildlife—property is in bear country. o not feed the wildlife. I
- Amenities may be unavailable during maintenance periods, including the hot tub.
- During winter months, please consider 4-wheel drive as we cannot predict road conditions.
- Home is not 420-friendly; no drugs of any kind on premises (including all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from any doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property has Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms.
- Cameras on property are for security purposes, not surveillance.
- This home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen and bedrooms involves navigating 10-15 stairs.
- Your reservation must accurately reflect the number in your party. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy are added without prior approval.
