Located just 3 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to a recreational lake for swimming (life jackets provided to the public) and less than 1 mile from Rockaway Beach shopping and dining. Backing to a private lake with gorgeous views and wildlife watching. Unwind in the hot tub (seats 4) or enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset or have your morning coffee on the deck in the sunshine! There is an array of wildlife right at our door, with views of the small lake you are sure to spot some amazing glimpses of all the wildlife the area has to offer. This newer home is comfortable with newer updates and amenities to make you feel right at home!
This single-level home features comfortable furnishings throughout! Living area has large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating. Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku streaming with WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book while watching the sunset. Gorgeous views from the living area make it a nice place to relax and take in the scenery!
Kitchen & Dining
Cooking at home is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes—everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Gather around the large dining table, which comfortably seats six and can be extended as needed—ideal for breakfast, dinner, or even a game night! A selection of board games is also available for guests to enjoy a cozy night in.
Front Bedroom – King Bed
This inviting front bedroom features a plush King-size bed with high-quality linens and pillows for a peaceful night’s rest. Sunlight streams through the large windows during the day, while blackout blinds ensure restful sleep at night. The room also includes a smart TV, a spacious closet, and a dresser for storing personal items. Traveling with young children? A Pack ‘n Play is provided for your convenience.
Second Bedroom – Queen Bed
Perfect for work and relaxation, the second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-size bed with soft linens and plenty of closet space. A dedicated workstation with a desk, lamp, and comfy desk chair makes remote work easy and comfortable. A smart TV offers entertainment after a productive day, and the large window with an exterior privacy screen provides natural light while maintaining your privacy.
Main Full Bathroom
Conveniently located between the King and Queen bedrooms, the main full bathroom features modern, updated fixtures including granite countertops, tile flooring, and a tub/shower combo. The large vanity offers ample space for guests’ personal items. For added convenience, this bathroom is fully stocked with high-quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer.
Primary Bedroom – Bed #3
This spacious Master Bedroom includes a luxurious King bed outfitted with premium linens and plush pillows. Enjoy stunning lake views right from bed, or step through the sliding glass door onto the private deck. The room also includes a closet and dresser for your belongings, along with a ROKU TV for relaxing entertainment.
Primary Bedroom Private En-Suite Bathroom
Unwind in the elegant en-suite bathroom, featuring a magical soaking tub set beneath a frosted privacy window that fills the room with natural light. The space also includes a separate walk-in shower and a large vanity for maximum comfort. Like the main bathroom, this en-suite is stocked with quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Washer & dryer in home for guest use. There is also a Pack and Play available.
FREE parking in private driveway for up to 2 vehicles. There is also room for an additional vehicle directly in front of the home. Garage is NOT included and locked for Owners Personal Items.
The large yard space backs to a NON recreational private lake and has a nice grassy area and deck for enjoying time outside. There is also a great patio/deck with BBQ grill and a bench for lounging. If you are bringing a larger group we suggest grabbing some additional folding chairs so you can enjoy the decks and the yard!
We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard. Guests do NOT have access to the garage or the Privately owned lake. (This property does NOT own any rights to the lake with the exception of the gorgeous view) Trespassers will be ticketed so please do NOT allow pets or children to enter the lake. This includes fishing and/or any recreation utilizing the lake.
The Neighborhood:
The Home is located in Nedonna Beach in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. The home is approx .5 blocks to Manhattan Beach State Park, 3 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to a kid friendly lake with life-vests. Less than 1 mile from Rockaway Beach town center. Just 20 minutes North of TIllamook, the house is close to hiking, fishing, clamming, crabbing and plenty of fun things to do within a few minutes of the house.
Rockaway Beach is a great beach town to spend the day walking and visiting the delicious restaurants serving local ingredients, and eclectic shops full of unique treasures. Saltwater taffy is a favorite and can be found in many local boutiques. Rockaway is also home to the original Pronto Pup and they still serve their delicious corn dogs! Ride the TIllamook Scenic train which departs daily from Rockaway for relaxing train ride with gorgeous views. Dogs are even welcome aboard!
At Rockaway, there are 7 miles of beach, wide open and ready to explore, with more than 31 public access points sprinkled throughout town.
There are more than 20 different points from which you can access the broad sands of Rockaway Beach. Generally, these are at the west ends of east-west streets. Some access points are formally marked; some aren’t. Some have parking; some don’t. For the areas without parking, you may still be able to find a spot on the street, but be careful not to block roads or driveways.
Bring the kids, bring the dogs. You can fly a kite, go beach combing, watch for whales, take a walk or just relax — the perfect getaway on the coast!
Getting Around:
A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into PDX and renting a car to make the approx. 2 hour drive to the Oregon Coast.
Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~ we ask that you don’t cook crab in the home but there is a bbq to cook outside.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $40 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
