Due to the continuing increase of the mice/rats problem in New York, (although rare to see one inside our apartment) we've also increased our efforts to help control them coming inside. Do note, we have a bi-weekly exterminator who visits the apartment, which means this could happen during your stay.
- Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.
