The best location!

An amazing location for exploring Manhattan! We also felt the apartment was "big" for Manhattan standards! It was the perfect apartment for playing tourist in NYC. Check-in and out was a breeze. Laundry was a big plus too.

Great NYC Stay

The apartment is in a great location. Great communication from the owner. Very clean and well thought out. The only thing we couldn’t find that we needed was scissors. It was nice to be able to do some laundry. Beds are comfy. I would stay here again.

Family Trip to NYC

The apartment was perfectly situated for day trips up and down manhattan. For a family of five it was a good balance of providing just enough space at an affordable price.

Surprise Engagement Party

We needed a place in Manhattan that could accommodate my Husband/me, my son/daughter in law and their 2.5 year old child. This condo was perfect. While compact, there were 3 bedrooms - critical for our needs. It was a perfect location for us and the condo was tastefully decorated. One bathroom but it worked out fine. The property management was terrific and very helpful to accommodating our needs. Would rent this place again.

NYC Bucket List Trip

First time in NYC for some of us. This trip was amazing and a big part of the "amazing" was our VRBO. Location was close to so much that we were there to see and public transportation. Property management was the best we have experienced - ever! The space was clean and larger than we expected for the price. We will stay again. Highly recommend!

Set your expectations accordingly knowing that its a 3 bedroom NYC apartment in a 100 year old building. If you're looking for an affordable place to fit 6 people where you can sleep but spend most your time exploring the city, this is a great choice.

Great apartment - great location

A perfect apartment for those who want to discover NY. We just slept and showered and were out every day! Easy to walk to many great areas or otherwise jump on subway. Communication with owner was excellent and we were met on arrival and shown through our accommodation. A great place for our week in NY!

The location is fantastic, Easy walk to Empire State Building, Times Square, a ferry terminal, and Grand Central Terminal. Our host was very communicative and responsive. The building has some character. The apartment is modest but functional. The four of us were very comfortable.

Affordable, comfy, and central to everything in midtown Manhattan.

Great stay, with all you need to make basic meals, sleep comfortably and be in the heart of Manhattan. Communication with our host was easy, directions to find the apartment were clear and we ate several great meals within blocks of our apartment. Everything you need is here, so don't hesitate. Also just 3 blocks to the nearest subway and tons of great Korean food in the neighborhood.

Central to the heart of Manhattan

This location is central to most of the NYC landmarks, shopping, and tourist sites. The subway line 6 is just 1 block away, and line 2,3 is 4 blocks away, so it is very convenient to travel around Manhattan. Roomsare fine, and 1 bathroom is renovated. Plenty of towels, bedsheets, and supplies. Reasonable price for the number of bedrooms and location. Will book again.

Overall the stay was great. I would suggest the small couch be replaced. It was like sitting on rods very uncomfortable and the coffee table was very unstable and the glass kept sliding around.

Gem in Manhattan

My family and I visited extended family in Manhattan and were so lucky to find this great gem of a place. Close to the subway, walking distance to so many great sights, convenient location with lots of stores and food options right on the same block. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The girls each got their own room which was so rare in NYC, and each room had little conveniences like empty drawers, closet space, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with ample seating for us and for when family stopped by to visit. From the start communication was terrific, and the owners were very responsive and the entire process from check in to check out was a breeze. We had a great time and we’d love to stay again!

The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was sparsely furnished but adequate. The dryer door needed a strip of packing tape to stay closed. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was 99%water, no washcloths. The pty mgr, Alan, was responsive, welcoming and very pleasant washcloths. Thevp

Ok stay

Condo was nice, original communication with landlord was good. However, the elevator “went out” the day we got there and never got fixed. From conversations I had in the building it seems as though it’s usually out. I was with a handicapped person and asked for some sort of compensation as I paid more for this property because it listed an elevator as an amenity, he never even bothered to reply
