The stay was excellent. The view is wonderful, super fast internet and the house is stocked with all the essential equipment. Location is perfect to move around this part of the island and the parking spot is priceless. I would definitely book again.

I stayed at this beautiful spot.. it was everything... very clean and safe..the beautiful view and the sound of the ocean is just amazing.. waking up everyday and opening the balcony .. just stole my heart .. the host was very attentive and quick to response..i would go back to this place that stole my heart..

It was an amazing experience. Very clean with cool A/C. Extremely close to all amenities. Food, drink and supermarket. The beach is feet away to two different beaches both about 2 miles long in either direction. Laundry room to wash your clothing is also on property. Very beautiful views of the beach from living and bedroom. There is also a patio just a wall from the beach to have a cookout or good meal with family or friends along with two outdoor showers to wash off the salt water. I definitely look forward to doing it again!!

We went to PR for our 25th anniversary. We had a great time. The condo was on the beach, with a balcony to look at the sunrise from or just relax/talk. The walk to either side of the beach was only a couple of minutes. The kitchenette had all supplies we needed, including a coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils plates/bowels and other stuff. The room was clean and easy to find the broom to clean up at the end. The hostess responded almost immediately to my messages and let us know of any impending problems with the water & electricity blackouts. Over all everything was excellent.

Had a wonderful stay and felt like home away from home. Loved hearing the ocean’s waves every night. Everything was perfect. The keys on the gate were a little confusing, but once we figured that out, it was smooth sailing. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed every minute of it.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and just as advertised. The balcony was awesome with a great view of the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind. Beach was just a short walk away, as were many restaurants and a grocery store. We didn't rent a car but there is a designated parking space for those who do. The host was very responsive and the instructions to get the key and get into the room were great and easy to follow with step by step pictures. The area was very quiet and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location, beach view, short walk to beach with chair and umbrella rentals. Clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the owner was dealing with an overhead water leak so there were wet floors and dripping. The owner said action would be taken soon.

A Beautiful San Juan Getaway!This property truly delivered on every promise. The view was absolutely stunning and matched the listing photos perfectly. The unit itself was spotless and beautifully decorated.Location-wise, you really can't beat it. Everything you'd want to explore in the area is within easy reach, making it the perfect home base for a visit to San Juan. The property is also very close to the airport, which is incredibly convenient if you're flying in or out — just keep in mind that aircraft takeoffs can be heard throughout the day and into the late night, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.The building's security features were a great bonus — we felt completely safe and at ease throughout our entire stay, which made relaxing that much easier.One small suggestion for the host: the check-in instructions could mention that parking is located on the ground level rather than underground. We spent some time searching before figuring it out — a quick note would save future guests the confusion!Overall, this was a wonderfully relaxing and memorable getaway. We'd absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, secure, and well-located city retreat.

My daughter and I really enjoyed being on the beach and listening to the waves from the balcony. The condo is pleasant, clean, nicely appointed, comfortable, and clever in its use of space. I was a little worried about noise from the airport, given its proximity, but this was a total non issue.

We had a great trip! The room was right on the beach with direct access. We had a parking spot for our rental car, and it felt like a safe neighborhood. The water was a beautiful emerald color with super soft sand. We didn't see any jellyfish, sharks, or any other dangerous fish to worry about. We drove to Old San Juan a couple evenings and it was a short 20ish minute drive. There were several great restaurants there.

Perfect place to be by the beach

5 stars for this property! It is just as described. Modern, very clean, a few steps away from the ocean. Quiet and with direct access to the beach. Neighborhood is safe, very close to restaurants and bars. Janisse is an excellent host.

Both my fiance and I loved the property. I love the fact that the beach is right outside the back door of the building. I definitely will be back to rent this property again in Puerto Rico. I appreciate the hosts and their quick responses during check-in.

Great location for an Isla Verde property

The property was in a great location, with just steps to the beach. Also, great spot if you want to do a couple days on the beach, drive to Old San Juan and visit the rain forest side of the island. Very clean and has all the amenities as explained in the listing. If you are looking to stay in PR for the first time and you plan to rent a car, we highly recommend renting a compact car as roads are narrow and parking spots are tight

What a gem!

This condo is just beautiful and is just as described and depicted in the photos with a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. It was super clean with brand new fixtures, super comfortable bed and creative, relaxing interior. Janisse was accessible, kind, helpful and very hospitable and made our stay exceptional. I did not want to leave and definitely plan on returning here.

Very nice apt

The apt inside was really nice, JUST like pics, the island overral was OK, the apt building itself was a 5 outta 10 scale , a lil old and run down but the apt was remodeled and righ acros from beach. Idont think i would go back to PR at all myself but if u do and want something not too expensive this place is the best !

Not as updated as pictures and descriptions indicate. It also was not very clean. Would not stay there again. My partner told me if I brought them there on our honeymoon they would divorce me. Owner was responsive.

For our future guests, as you can see in our consistent reviews, our unit is as described, clean and in a great location. Cleanliness is a top priority for us. The guest did not communicate to us any of these concerns.

Check in process what unable to be completed without talking to the host directly. They should update instructions on the main listing. ALSO the pictures are kind of inaccurate, they do not show the pictures of the parking lot which is actually your backyard and not the beach

Most of our guests self-check in without problems. We are sorry this was not your experience. All of our pictures are accurate and up to date. Guests can see there is a gazebo and small building space behind the balcony (parking) just in front of the beach gate.
