This Hilltop West Lake Hills residence features three cozy bedrooms, all the conveniences of a "living" home with peaceful, stunning views. It is all here, including essential amenities such as HVAC, WiFi, Dishwasher, and Washer and Dryer. Guests can fully indulge in the comfort of this wonderful accommodation. The three bathrooms are furnished with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Whether you're in Austin for a Longhorn football game, ACL, SXSW, or F1, this is the perfect home base. The house, centrally located, boasts fabulous hill country views and is 10-15 minutes from UT, downtown, Zilker, and Barton Springs, and 20 minutes from Bergstrom Airport.
