Easy access on the first floor and convenient guest parking near the front of the condominium make this a property you will enjoy as your home-away-from-home.
Wailea Grand Champions Golf Villas is in the heart of the Wailea Resort Community in sunny South Maui, nestled between the championship Ol’ Blue Golf Course and the award winning Wailea Tennis Center. Lush tropical gardens and swaying palm trees surround all 188 units, two swimming pools, two Jacuzzis and four gas BBQ grills to enjoy. Shopping, dining, activities, and amenities are conveniently located within walking distance. Beautiful Wailea beaches are just a short drive away or a 15–20-minute walk from the Villas. Wailea Grand Champions Golf Villas offers great values and views in the heart of the upscale Wailea Resort community.

This luxury-on-a-budget property is in the center of Wailea’s Ol’ Blue Golf Course, with contemporary villas featuring private lanais for sunset views over the fairways to the West Maui mountains. Wailea area resorts, spa facilities, and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance, and Wailea’s fabulous beaches are a leisurely 15-minute walk or easy 3-minute drive from the Wailea Grand Champions Villas. Perfect Spot!

Lovely little condo. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the space. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well functioning. The AC was a huge bonus. We had great sleeps and really enjoyed our time.

Great condo

Great condo for our family with 3 kiddos. The pool & jacuzzi were nice, the area was safe and in close driving or walking distance to excellent beaches, snorkeling, shopping and tennis courts (right next door to the tennis club & Wailea golf course). The condo was clean and spacious and had towels & chairs for the beach and a cooler to tote snacks in. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and was well laid out. Great safe & reasonably quiet location. Would stay in Wailea again for sure.

Good home, neighborhood not far from the beach

Good place, the neighborhood is very good and quiet. There are two pools, we've used it only 3 times for 10 days vacation but anyway it's good there is a pool and grills area there. The house was clean, everything needed was there good kitchen with all needed appliances. Also there are extra things in the house like swimming jackets for kids, beach chairs. You have to walk to the beach near 20 minutes but its good sport during vacation Overall: Very good place, we would like to stay there for the next time

Many other great South Maui beaches are just a short drive away too. The condo had very comfortable beds in 2 large bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. The complex had lush landscaping with 2 pools. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again one day.

Good location

Property wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs everywhere including bedrooms. Perhaps because of recent rain and ground floor? Also lots of noise from neighbor above. Shower in master had mold and whole unit needs a thorough cleaning.

Loved Staying at Grand Champions

My husband and I spent 2 very relaxing weeks at the Grand Champions this January. What a paradise it was! We love staying in Wailea and the Grand Champions development is very centrally located and close to the Wailea mall. The unit was very nice and welcoming. It was newly renovated with the new laminate floors and paint. All the furniture, linens and towels were brand new. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the details thought through. Both Kanako and Amanda who managed the unit were very responsive and attentive to all our needs. We send our warm Mahalo to both of them. Hope to return next year.

The rental property had clear instructions, were available for questions during a storm and was very clean. They also made sure you had the basic need like coffee, tide pods for cleaning your clothes, soaps and shampoos, towels. Very thoughtful. Even have beach chairs! A little far for walking but with a car it’s good, (buses only come once an hour on Maui) Having ac in all rooms is a plus. The best thing is the deck, taking coffee out there and listening to the birds was fun and watching geckos run by. Loved our stay.

The condo was well furnished with comfortable beds and an amazing shower in the master. We cooked many of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen.The two pools (with hot tubs) were close by, clean and a great place for afternoon poolside "happy hour".We look forward to returning soon!Check out the sunset at Keawakapu Beach. Lunch at Miso Phat Sushi was amazing. As was our fine dinner at Matteo's Osteria, which is very close to the condo.Thanks to Jon and Jennifer and the folks at CBIP Vacations!

The only feedback is there were some little things that could make it more "homey"/go the extra mile to make guests more comfortable, such as soap/shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, kitchen sponge, a beach bag/cooler, etc. The garbage disposal and one lamp in the pink bedroom were not working. And the screen door was a little hard to move. Having said that, management was very responsive, and the unit was freshly cleaned, nicely decorated, no pests. Very private patio with laundry in-unit. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and will return again. Thank you!
