Our condo comes complete with everything you will need to help you get the most out of your stay - newer, split-system ACs and Smart TVs in every room (77” LG OLED TV in the living room, and TCL 43” Roku TVs in both bedrooms), kitchen appliances and gadgets, 12-cup drip coffee maker, linens, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler, and even Tommy Bahama beach chairs!

The condo is close to all of the Wailea Village shopping, restaurants, and beach activities! Soak in the spectacular view while sipping our complimentary coffee on the lanai, or alternatively, stroll down the grassy backyard hill to 5-star Akamai Coffee Company. What a gorgeous setting to socialize and enjoy some of the best coffee on Maui!

You have the entire condo to yourselves, and may also use the clubhouse, and any of the private Ekolu complex pools and picnic areas, including the charcoal and propane barbeque pits.

Wailea is a posh, elegant enclave, situated on the Southwestern coast of Maui. Upon entering the Wailea Resort area, where our condo is located, you will see beautiful, manicured trees and lush, tropical foliage and flowers. The Wailea Resort community spreads up from the beaches, and into the Haleakala foothills. The Wailea Ekolu Resort is situated at the first slope of the foothills, still close to the beaches, but with a commanding view of the village, ocean and islands beyond.

The condo is in the heart of all of the available amenities in the area - shops, restaurants, golf, activities are all right there! Walk about half a mile to 2 of the best beaches, Wailea beach and Ulua beach. Pick up a few groceries at Island Market, about 2 blocks away.

Parking is free at the condo, and the path from the parking lot to the condo has NO steps. Additionally, both Wailea and Ulua beaches mentioned above are a 5 minute drive and have their own parking, although I recommend you park early in the day during high season (November-March).

Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of Wailea, with shopping centers (The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Village Center), restaurants and upscale hotels easily accessible by foot. It is much closer to the beach and other activities than many of the other buildings within the 18-acre Wailea Ekolu complex.

The convenience you will experience comes with associated sounds of an active town center. Especially outside the condo, you may hear more than birds and the Maui breezes blowing through the trees! The consensus among guests is that the activity is in the background and doesn’t detract from the enjoyment of the condo. Please see the more than 100 reviews confirming this.
