The home is a quick 4 min drive to Madeira Beach where youâll find abundant parking. Downtown St. Peteâs as well as Reddington Beach, Treasure Island and Passe Grille are neighboring towns close by.

This home sleeps 8 comfortably and offers plenty of room for entertaining. A large kitchen with adjoining dining/living room along with adjacent family room allows guests to carve out their own space or join in on the fun. The large screened in porch is ideal for year-round enjoyment.
The fully fenced and private backyard boasts ample lawn space as well as a beautifully kept pool. Relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy the ocean air! A gas grill is also provided.
The home includes a full-size washer and dryer, free wireless internet and smart TVâs to stream your subscriptions.
