🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.

🚗 Parking Charge Information (Early registration is encouraged. Refer to the Rental Agreement)
- A one-time $78.11 parking charge is required per stay at check-in (maximum of 3 cars). This includes:
*3 parking passes
*Access to the covered garage and 2nd-floor skywalk
*Wristbands for all registered guests
Replacement costs may apply if passes or wristbands are lost.
To save time, you can register and pay in advance through the Tidewater HOA site
NOTE: The parking garage is accessed via a ramp and has a maximum height clearance of 7 feet. Vehicles exceeding this height will not be able to enter.
