You're central to everything Philadelphia has to offer and your stay includes access to the building's shared gym and sauna.

Welcome to your ideal vacation rental in the heart of Philadelphia’s Historic District! This stunning bi-level condo offers a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1 free parking spot in the garage at the end of the block. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the space is suitable to sleep 13 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, and we also provide coffee and cookware to make your stay even more comfortable. The property also offers plenty of unique amenities including fantastic game areas with foosball table, darts, and board game area! Additionally, there is a shared gym and sauna in the building's lower level.

Property is located in a terrific location! Walkable and transit accessible. Inside we enjoyed the loft’s open areas to congregate, share meals, and plan our next city adventure. The place is clean and comfortable; bedding, bathrooms, and amenities are great. We had a group of 6 but would recommend for up to 10.

Great place in City Center

Amazing place right in the middle of Philadelphia. Plenty of room to lounge around in and not far from anything. Super clean and all new appliances and bathrooms. Luxurious.

Market street loft

Beautiful, newly renovated loft. Well appointed. Great communication with owners. On line pictures were great, in person the spacer was even cooler! I would highly recommend staying here and will book again if I return for another visit. 5 stars!!

We needed a clean, modern, up to date location convenient to the restaurants, historical sites, and event spaces of Philadelphia - this fit the bill perfectly!We were within walking distance of historical sites like Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Christ’s Church. There were plenty of great restaurants like Red Owl Tavern, Han Dynasty, McGillans Olde Ale House and more. We did activities like PuttShack and Olde City escape room; even used Uber and went to Phillies game.The space was very clean and modern. Plenty of space to enjoy the company of friends/family. Plenty of room to lounge and beds to sleep. Linens, towels, sheets included. Gym and sauna on site. Overall just a great space and great time!

Great place for seeing Philly

Overall, this property was really wonderful for our stay! It was absolutely huge with beautiful renovations. Bathrooms were super spacious and everything was very clean. Plenty of beds and extra cots if needed. We had a party of 8, with 3 kids. The foos ball table and games were great. Huge TV and couch were great too!

Great... with a couple of asterisks

Let's start with the good stuff: the place is stylish and cool, with a modern loft aesthetic and plenty of elbow room. Huge TV, big showers, up-to-date kitchen. There were only four of us, but it could easily have accommodated three times that number, especially since the hosts thoughtfully provide a few roll-away cots. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. You're a short walk from City Hall, the National Constitution Center and Market Street. Plenty of sights and restaurants lie within easy reach. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We had an issue or two during our stay (of which more below) but they were unfailingly prompt and solicitous and did all they could to address our concerns. Here come the concerns. It's great to have parking included — at a garage a few steps from the apartment — but we wish the in-and-out process had been smoother. As it was, we had to summon an attendant each time we left the garage, and then he had to make a call to verify who we were... It was a bit of a hassle. As mentioned, the location is ideal, but man is the neighborhood sketchy. A guy peeing in the alley right outside our (translucent) front door. An unhoused gentleman wailing and grumbling to himself. If we weren't a foursome, traveling together at all times, we would not have felt safe. And finally, there was a horde of persistent flying insects in the apartment. On the whole, we would recommend this place with the provision that "forewarned is forearmed."
