Nestled off a quiet gravel road, this family-friendly retreat offers endless activities for all ages. Enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the serene pond, nature walks through lush trails, and picnics amidst natural beauty. Start your day with breakfast on the deck, then dive into the sparkling swimming pool or play on the pickleball and basketball courts. The spacious house features a chef's kitchen and a 75-inch TV for movie nights. This 3 bedroom 4.5 bath house can accommodate all your needs
Tim and I live on-site to ensure health and well-being of the animals and landscape of our hobby farm and are happy to assist you in person if needed.

Nestled in a serene locale with no close neighbors, our location offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Situated just 15 miles from downtown Wichita, guests can easily explore the vibrant city's activities, coffee shops, and restaurants. Yet, despite its remote feel, our property remains conveniently accessible, ensuring stress-free journeys to and from town. However, with a plethora of activities available right at home, from scenic walks to tranquil moments by the pond, guests may find themselves happily opting to stay in and savor all that our retreat has to offer.
Guests are invited to enjoy the main and upper levels of the house, where comfort and relaxation await. Please note that the basement and garage are locked for owner's use only. Additionally, there are locked owner's closets on both the upper and main levels for privacy and security. The barns outside are not for guest access and will locked as well. If you would like to experience the farm animals, we can arrange a time to visit and meet them and would love to do so. Please do not cross gates or fences where livestock reside for your safety. Your access is restricted to the designated areas to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us during your stay.
Conveniently situated just 1.5 miles off a main 4-lane highway, our property offers easy accessibility to downtown Wichita, a mere 20-minute drive away. This prime location ensures that guests can seamlessly navigate to and from the bustling city center. The Eisenhower Airport, Greyhound Bus Lines and Amtrak train station are located 30 minutes from the property.
Awaken to the serene sounds of country life in the elegant master suite, where luxury awaits at every turn. Indulge in lavish amenities including a coffee bar for morning delights and a balcony deck offering panoramic views of the rustic landscape. Venture downstairs to the chef's dream kitchen, a haven for culinary enthusiasts, or ascend to the workspace loft for moments of inspired creativity. Complete with a baby monitor, the master suite offers a snug and secure space for little ones to rest peacefully. Experience peace of mind with our top-tier sanitation as each piece of bedding undergoes meticulous sanitation between guests. Please also note that this property prohibits smoking and pet.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog.
