Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment location within easy reach of everything including restaurants shops and Transport links. Paola was a great host explaining where everything was and how to get to places .

Great stay!

Great stay in a city that definitely needs more than two days of sightseeing. We had a great time in Paola's appartment. It was calm and cozy and was close to the main sightseeing spots. Tram and buses within 2 minutes walking. Great restaurants and a small supermarket just around the corner. Paola was a great host! We will be back! :-)

Great location for easy stay in Rome

Quiet, comfortable apartment that is clean and well-equipped with everything even umbrellas - which came in quite handy one day. Paola, the hostess, was always very helpful and prompt in all our communications both before and during our stay. Testaccio is a cool foody neighbourhood within walking distance of many sites and near all public transit as well. Highly recommend both the apartment and the neighbourhood. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, quiet and well organized

Nice 2 bedroom. Room for 4 in family. Well organized and very nice host. Good neighborhood, about 30 min walk to center of Rome. On bus and street tram line. Easy acess to everything.

Local gem!

If your looking for a place away from tourist areas but among the locals, this is the place! We walked to all the sights we wanted to see. The apartment was wonderfully equipped with all you need. Paola could not have been a better hostess. She was always available via the what’s app with ANY questions. Would definitely stay here again. The local neighborhood and restaurants were a huge bonus!!!

If you’re staying in Rome, this is a must! Paola is simply the best and the location can’t be beat!

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon and loved everything about this location. Paola was very helpful and flexible with our changing schedule and made our stay simply perfect! Testaccio is a great neighborhood to stay in that’s close to everything in Rome, but still out of the hustle and bustle. Some of the restaurants within short walking distance were truly phenomenal as well! Thank you Paola for everything! If we are back in Rome we will certainly let you know!

Outstanding Rome apartment!

This is an outstanding apartment in a great central location in Rome. The apartment was immaculate and all amenities were in good working order. Paola is a great hostess, providing good information for travel in the area and restaurant recommendations. The Testaccio neighborhood is very charming and everything we needed was conveniently located. It was a very pleasant walk to the Colosseum, the Pantheon and other attractions. Very convenient location to access public transportation as well. We would definitely like to return someday and stay in Paola's apartment to see more of Rome!

Outstanding apartment in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paola's beautiful Testaccio apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we would ever need during our stay. Paola provided excellent instructions on how to find the place and how to find our way around Rome. The Testaccio neighborhood was very charming with good places nearby for dinner and convenient stores for any supplies that we needed. I wish our stay had been longer- this is an excellent location for exploring Rome; we walked to the Colosseum and Pantheon and the nearby Metro station and bus stops were very convenient. Overall, this was a completely enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to return in the future!

Best apartment and best Host

I have stayed at many places before but this one was special and the Paola was absolutely amazing, haven’t met her though as she was on holiday but she has arranged everything for us and even from her holiday she offered for all sort of help like airport pickup and drop off... who does that? Everything was well arranged and all the required stuff was available in the apartment. Can’t ask more. If I ever go back to Rome will love to stay at the same house. Thanks Paola

We'll come back as soon as possible!

After a welcoming arrival, we realized quickly that we had so much luck with our decision to rent this apartment. Being located in one of the most attractive parts of Rome, the very interesting district Testaccio, the apartment enables you to empathize with the native neighbourhood. We were able to reach everything very easy, including a nice bakery, a supermarket and a lot of good restaurants, at once, and we were able to reach every highlight of the city by walking. Combined with you Paola, being so friendly and helpful, and this beautiful and interesting city, the trip beame a wonderful experience and we got a lot of unique impressions. Thank you for everything!

your HOME in ROME

“BODHOUSE” IS A REAL HOME IN ROME! The house is very bright, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a very quiet street in the heart of Testaccio, a truly Roman neighborhood in Rome's historic centre. You can literally reach Trastevere, Imperial Forum, Colosseum, Pantheon, St. Angel Castle and many other tourist sites by foot, just walking along Tevere River! The apartment has been recently renovated (October 2013) and has all the necessary amenities (internet included).The house is big (2 bedrooms), bright and confortable: the owners put a great attention in every detail especially about furniture and spaces. In the same neighborhood, you can find many restaurants where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine and a very nice daily market. As I said above, the location is also very good because it is really close to the tube stop (Pyramid) and well linked to different parts of the city by bus (via Marmorata). Very special thanks to Paola and Massimo, the two owners, for being so nice and hospitable. I highly recommend Bodhouse!

Logement très très bien

Il est très propre, très bien meublé. Sa situation géographique est parfaite. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’utiliser les transports en commun pour découvrir Rome. Merci beaucoup à Paola Adresse à conseiller !

Excellent séjour chez des hôtes charmants.

Très bon séjour dans une des plus belle ville du monde. L'appartement de Paola est très agréable, d'une grande propreté, très fonctionnel, très calme dans un quartier très sympathique. Paola très disponible répondant à toutes nos questions, et facilitant notre arrivée jusqu'à l'appartement, nous réservant un taxi à l'aller comme au retour, et nous donnant des conseils pour les visites dans Rome. Appartement à recommander vivement

Très propre bien équipé et au calme

Paola était en contact avec nous par mail où par téléphone dès la réservation de l' appartement avant d'arriver à Rome jusqu'à notre départ pour nous donner des informations très utiles et pour organiser et arranger le mieux notre séjour.En effet nous avions l'impression d'avoir une amie ou quelqu'un de la famille à Rome puisqu'elle s'inquiétait pour nous et ça était très rassurant même si nous n'avons pas pu la voir directement. Perfecto

Rien à redire ! Très bon accueil et Paola est au petit soin si besoin. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la chambre est silencieuse ce qui permet de passer de bonne nuit. Quartier très bien placé par rapport au transport même si nous avons fait pratiquement tout à pied. Et localement tous les petits commerces de premières nécessités. Très bon séjour à Rome à tous.

sehr gute Lage in angenehmer Umgebung im Viertel Testaccio

Eine angenehme Stadtwohnung mit sehr hilfreichen und freundlichen Vermietern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Lage würden wir in Deutschland mit Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin vergleichen, also ein interessantes, nettes Wohnviertel mit Supermarkt, Gelateria und Bäcker um die Ecke. Man kommt zügig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. O bairro é muito bom e bem comercial e ao mesmo tempo residencial, sem muitos turistas, o que permite ter uma noção exata da cultura local e ainda ter acesso barato a bens de consumo. Confortável para quatro pessoas. Os proprietários foram bastante atenciosos.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful. It is equipped with everything you can think of. With a busy day sightseeing, it was nice to come back to the warmth and cozy apartment. It was a short walk to some of the sights. The metro was just down the street. The owner Paola , was exceptionally helpful. She answered all my questions in a prompt manner. She helped set up a cooking class for myself and husband. She was on top of everything and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I can not express enough how much we appreciated everything she had done. Thank you Paola!

Wonderful Host and Location

Paola was so so welcoming and told us everything we needed to know to get around Rome with ease! The apartment is in a great location and the food in the neighborhood is INCREDIBLE. (I highly recommend going to Masto for an amazing meal.) Thanks Paola for a great stay! :)

Public transport at a glance (metro-subway-airport train)-Building with a panoramic terrace and an internal court with a garde-Second floor-Elevator-Door keeper available 8h/day-Well connected by 4 different kind of public transportation: bus, metro, train to/from the Airports, train to the beach with a 20 minutes trip, tram and easy walks.The vast majority of interesting places are at approx. 20 minutes walk from home. Home is: Spacious-Quite-Bright- Clean- Comfortable-Cozy and full of love for my guests. We live 5 minutes away at your complete disposal for any support should you need during your stay. We are glad of welcoming you upon arrival giving extensive explanations either about home as well about the neighborhood.
