Arrive to open skies and country calm, with up to 3 parking spaces and the rare option to park an RV across the street. Enter from either side via keypad and step into fully fenced front and back yards, perfect for pets, kids, and slow mornings outdoors.

- The farm neighbors have many animals, including dogs and you may see or hear them on the farm
- Chicken coop area is for viewing only—please do not enter the coop or remove eggs without approval
- Please review photos for the property boundary map, areas outside the fence and chicken coop in the backyard belong to the farm :)
- Home is near the airport and you may hear planes from time to time!
Please treat this home as if it`s your own :) This is a family home and neighborhood, and our neighbors kindly allow us to list the property as a vacation rental. With that, we ask all of our guests to adhere to our house rules for their stay.

Quiet hours - 9pm - 8am
No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture, dog beds are available inside :) Failure to comply will result in additional charges.
Please do not venture outside gates in the backyard, this area is reserved for the farm!
