This brand new luxury unit is blocks away from shopping and restaurants. It's nestled in the heart of Midtown and is a short drive to South Beach. It has everything you need in the place everyone wants to be.

LOCATION: The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

The dining area has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 2, a dining table with sating for four, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Location was perfect, we could walk everywhere we needed for food and entertainment. Host was super accessible and quick to respond. Property was clean, modern, and spacious. I look forward to returning.

The location and unit were great. However the check in process is difficult and the building is confusing to get in and out of. The key never worked the entire time we were there. The property manager was communicative. But the issues were never resolved.
