Hesychia is a very stylish and well-presented villa situated in upper-Peyia, in a quiet residential location (been known to have the odd goat or 2 passing by), the quaint village centre is not too far away with a great selection of bars and traditional restaurants. It’s also just a 6 minutes’ drive to Coral Bay and Coralia blue flag beaches.

Walk into the ground floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, located along with 2 bathrooms. Patio doors from the doors now bedrooms lead out to the large private garden area with stunning views, perfect for sunbathing by the pool and alfresco dining. There is a BBQ area to the side of the villa. The size of the pool at this villa is 8mx4m. For stays in December to March the pool is heated within the price of your holiday. April to November bookings the pool can be heated for 150 euros per week.

Back inside, stairs lead you to the top floor where the well equipped kitchen and beautiful living areas are located. There is a large patio area off of the living room to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine whilst overlooking the stunning sea views. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV are provided

The front of the villa offers off road parking also.

The location also offers a fabulous base for exploring this beautiful area of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Lara Turtle Beach, and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive.
