Belle maison tropicale avec piscine chauffée et tiki hut. 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Belle maison spacieuse avec beaucoup de soleil. Situé sur l'historique N. Swinton Ave .. juste au nord de la célèbre Atlantic Ave., avec tous les délicieux restaurants, cafés à desserts, incroyables boutiques et une plage magnifique et paisible. Près de Publix Supermarket, CVS et Walgreens. À seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de West Palm Beach et à 25 minutes de l'aéroport international de Fort Lauderdale. L'aéroport de Miami est à 1 heure de route. Great location!

Spacious home in a great location. Host was timely and attentive to any question or need that arose. The back pool and tiki area could use a good pressure wash but there is plenty of room to entertain.

The house had everything we were looking for from the pool and cabana to each bedroom having nice TVs. The neighborhhod is quiet but is still near everything, we didnt want to leave!

Perfect place for family and fun

Property was the perfect place for the family to stay. Large living area provided space where we could all eat, play games and hang out together. Great bedrooms for everyone. Back yard, pool and tikki hut made outdoor play fun.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. As described, it was spacious , nicely decorated , clean comfortable and the amenities plentiful. The heated pool was a definite plus and the Tiki Hut was a great outdoor hangout ! Our host Jack was very attentive to our need and communication was excellent. We definitely would rent this home again if returning to DelRay !

Celebrate 2025

The house is close to downtown Delray, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is great to walk around and admire beautiful homes and landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and tiki hut everyday. The house had plenty of towels, pool and beach chairs/umbrella. We had a great time and would recommend it and stay there again.

Great Spot

Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic.

2nd time at this tropical paradise

This is my go to property when I travel to S. Florida, the property is surrounded by tropical foliage which makes you feel secluded, the tiki hut and pool adds to the tropical ambiance. Inside is very spacious, each room has a tv and kitchen has all utensils and appliances. We enjoyed our stay and will rent this house again.

An Awesome Vacation

We loved the property and the home.. a great location, close to the beach, and downtown Delray on the Av where all the Restaurants, cafes and clubs... also our 2 little dogs loved the experience also.. a great backyard, pool and Tiki Hut... The Host were amazing wonderful people.. they get a 10 Star on a 1 to 5.. We can't wait to go back...

Great place!

We had 9 people with us with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the back yard with the pool. The pool heater went out and I contacted the owner and they had it fixed the next day.
