This spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room) and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Enjoy a wide array of entertainment options such as a heated pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, fire pit, and a game room filled with activities, ensuring there's never a dull moment. The space

As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a lively open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living area. Swing open the French doors to reveal a fabulous pool area and a spacious fenced backyard, perfect for lounging and soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine. It's like walking straight into your vacation dreams!




After a day at the beach, everyone can gather around the dining table for a delicious meal, sharing laughter and stories. But the fun doesn't stop there. The evening is packed with activities both indoors and out. Challenge each other in the game room, take a dip in the pool, relax by the fire pit, or soak your aches away in the hot tub. There's even a bocce ball court for some friendly competition. And when you're ready to call it a night, each of the 5 beautiful bedrooms has been thoughtfully furnished and prepared with crisp, clean linens by Parachute to ensure a restful sleep.


Enjoy the luxury of two master bedrooms, each boasting its en-suite bathroom for ultimate convenience. One master suite offers direct access to the pool, inviting you to indulge in refreshing dips under the sun's warm embrace. The other sanctuary features its secluded patio, offering a serene haven away from the hustle and bustle. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE


Furry Friends:
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $200/per pet per stay.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed in the pool, on indoor furniture or bedding.


KINDLY NOTE


- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (both sides or the house). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Heated pool feature is available for an extra $35/night or $500/month (b/w Oct to May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When pool heat is paid, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair)
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- SMOKING/ VAPING: Smoking and vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the house. This includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the back yard with the door closed. Cigarette butts must be picked up. The violation fee is $500.



IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund and can incur an additional charge of $100/guest.
