VIEWS, hot tub, firepit, WIFI and Outdoor Speakers
"It’s up up up! The view is incredible!" – Josh
Blue Smoke Lodge is a newly renovated luxurious cabin with spectacular straight-line views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. From the breathtaking views it is clear why the Cherokee people called these mountains “Shaconge” (pronounced Sha-con-o-hey) meaning “place of the blue smoke”.
"The place was absolutely AMAZING!! The views were breathtaking." – Savannah
Living Spaces:
"Open concept living room & could see the mountains… stock up before you get up because you won’t want to leave!" – Ben
As you enter through the cabin you'll be greeted by a newly renovated kitchen and dining room complete with seating for 6 with additional seating just beyond the kitchen. The open floorplan highlights the breathtaking views of the mountains. A romantic gas fireplace provides cozy warmth on those colder days and nights. The cabin offers High-Speed Starlink internet, robust Wi-Fi, and 4 flat screen TVs with Amazon Prime and YouTube TV provided!
Kitchen & Dining:
• Stainless Steel appliances w/gas stove
• Fully Stocked kitchen
• Keurig Coffee bar
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new stainless-steel appliances: refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, a beautiful gas stove, handy dishwasher, and a convenient microwave. We spared no expense to give you an amazing morning experience as you sit in the rocking chairs and admire the view complete with Keurig Coffee bar and waffle iron.
"The views were amazing from the cabin! I loved watching the sunrise while the fog was rolling in." – Jami

Bedroom 2 (1st floor - Two Twin beds) highlights the fun and adventure of The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. A favorite regional attraction for many year-round, including The Polar Express train ride in the months of November and December.
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor Master – Queen bed) is warm and inviting with double closets and an ensuite bathroom. It features beautiful photos of just two of the many stunning waterfalls to be explored and enjoyed in the area. (Tom Branch Falls and Mingo Falls)

On those chilly days, grab a blanket from the loft and a hot cup of coffee or hot cocoa and soak in the beautiful view from one of the many rocking chairs as you watch the sunrise over The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
The gas grill and bbq area is right off the kitchen for easy access. The wrap-around porch gives you the space you need to enjoy the outdoors.

We added a modern fire pit complete with wood stocked in an open shed. We provide our guest a wheelbarrow to transport the wood to the fire pit area. Enjoy playing your own music under the lights while gazing at the view. We have outdoor speakers complete with in-ground subwoofer to make the experience unforgettable.

We have added two zone of speakers one by the hot tub and the other by the fire pit area. Play Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, etc. from your phone through this high-end system complete with outdoor satellite speakers and in-ground subwoofers. You won’t want to leave the outdoors.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor area. The property sits on over 5 acres so when the leaves are on the trees you won't see anyone. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles at the top and a secondary drive can serve as a back area so you can head down the driveway with confidence. The drive is partially paved and partially gravel. It is a bit steep on your turn into the driveway. Some guests feel more comfortable driving up the mountain a bit and coming back down to the driveway. There is room at the top to turn around, so you won't need to back out the driveway.
"The driveway was steep but totally manageable. We even did a sunset in the national park, got back pretty but late, no worries." – Tammy
Other Things to Note
"Close enough to Bryson city and other excursions, but remote enough to take in the beautiful mountains." – Luisa
Other things to note

The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay.
