We respect your privacy and offer flexible interaction. Self-check-in is available upon arrival. Feel at home and reach out via phone, text, or your booking app for any questions or local recommendations. We're here to assist before, during, and after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

Enjoy a fenced private front yard featuring a seating area for 4 and a unique chairlift seat. Grill dinner on the BBQ grill in the backyard, and enjoy an outdoor fire.

Guests have access to two garage parking spaces, and two additional cars can be parked in the driveway. Please note that turning around in the driveway with multiple cars can be tricky, so plan accordingly. Parking on the green turf circle is not permitted, and street parking is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing a maximum of 3-4 cars. Our neighborhood is very walkable, so consider skipping the car rental and opting for a scooter rental instead!
For safety, outdoor security cameras monitor all entrances and outdoor areas—no cameras inside.
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
