This house was a 10/10 stay. One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in and a great location! Jason was very communicative and the house was very thoughtfully stocked with anything we might need. Highly recommend.

The property was really well located in walking distance to restaurants and downtown Denver. The house was very clean and well appointed. Loved the coffee choices- whatever your favorite is here- Nespresso, Keurig or filter. Loved the beautiful nighttime views of the city lights!

We loved the beautiful rooftop deck and the view and being in close walking proximity to a multitude of excellent food options. Our host was responsive and worked to resolve issues as they arose. The beds are very comfortable. The unit is generously stocked. Recommend bringing sleep masks if you are accustomed to blackout drapes. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a bunch of friends in from college for the weekend. Everyone loved the house. Great location within walking distance to a lot of quality bars and restaurants. The rooftop was especially popular as it overlooks the skyline and makes for a great place to unwind after a long day. Would rebook again

Five stars! Like staying with family without the headaches.

Extremely roomy, comfortable and quiet. Felt at home immediately. Tons of towels, bath products and pillows. Super clean. A kitchen with everything you’d want including 3 coffee makers. Jason is super responsive and friendly. Location is very happening- lots of places to eat.Highly recommend!

Spacious House, Amazing Location!

The house was perfect for our group. The neighborhood is very nice, with a lot to do in walking distance. We really enjoyed the rooftop as well! The place was very clean and well stocked, and the host was very quick to respond and super helpful / friendly! Would highly recommend.

Happy Camper

We went to a Red Rocks concert, a Rockies game, and a Colorado college football game. The happy camper is a restaurant/bar that’s a 5 minute walk away and we loved ending each night at the rooftop hangout at this house. Awesome!!

Over and above!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Denver! We were in town for the softball tournament and first of all, location was great. Central to every field/event our daughter took part in. But also, being over the holiday, we had the most incredible view of the fireworks at Coors Field and all over the downtown area. If that wasn’t enough, the space was charming and perfect for family meals, movie night etc. To top off our stay, the owner (Jason) was a fantastic host. There was a small issue during our stay and his timely response went over and above anything we’ve experienced before. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
