"Heart of Saratoga" is an upstairs flat that sleeps up to 8 guests. Located in the heart of Saratoga among galleries, shops, cafes, wineries and fine dining options you will find this lovely 1350 sf upstairs flat a very fun place to stay. An easy drive from airports in San Jose or San Francisco will bring you to your very own vacation retreat.
The charming downtown area right outside your door will hold attractions for many, including its local music scene, concert venues at Mountain Winery, and when you venture farther out, you'll find parks, preserves and open spaces to hike and explore, not to mention all the big city attractions of San Francisco and San Jose just a short drive away. Situated in an historic building over a restaurant, guests will enjoy evening music from the courtyard below and a fun, lively stay.
Living Space: The flat is completely remodeled with sleek finishes while retaining the original character of the building with large arched windows and painted brick in addition to details like the new wainscoting and flooring. All new furnishings, beds, linens, and appointments throughout. The classy yet comfortable living room as a sofa with chaise (also converts to a queen sofa bed), a flat screen TV (Roku) and large windows that invite in abundant of light while giving guests a view of the street below.
Kitchen and Dining: The immaculate fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and a welcoming island with seating will have you feeling right at home upon your arrival. After you get settled in, take a stroll through this very walk-able vibrant neighborhood and check out the sights. Grab a bite to eat just downstairs or at one of many nearby eateries. When you want to stay in, you'll have everything you need in your chef's dream kitchen in order to create meals at home. The glass dining table and upholstered chairs seats six and the chairs can easily be brought over near the sofa when everyone wants to gather to watch a movie or chat.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The entire flat has been remodeled and all the bathrooms have custom tile, frameless glass shower enclosures and fresh finishes.
Bedroom #1 King Bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a rain shower.
Bedroom #2 Two Twin Beds. Located near the full hall bathroom with a rain shower,

Patio courtyard is a definite plus with automatic outside patio lights, BBQ grill and firepit. Fun for outside relaxation either to read a book, BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with the firepit.
Street parking can often be found near the flat (2 hours limits are common) and the village has parking lots nearby that may also be used, however, please note that there is no garage or dedicated parking space for this flat.
