If there's going to be 3 of you, we can put on an air mattress upon request.

We have a designated parking for 1 car only within the premises and more details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

**Guest Access**
- The apartment is cozyâjust right for 2 to 3 guests. Please NOTE that there's a steep staircase leading up to the unit, so it might be a bit challenging for anyone with knee issues or if you plan to bring a big/heavy luggage.
- Please know that we are located in a busy street. In case it's noisy, we'd be happy to provide some ear plugs to keep y'all cozy at night!
- You'll have full access to the entire apartment and your designated parking spot. Please do not expect too much as it is clearly seen on the photos that this a small studio type apartment. The only off-limits area is a small supply closet. Other than that, make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
- We provide Beach Essentials for out guests. Please inquire after booking.
**Other Things to Note**
~ đ¶Pets: We allow pets and we charge $150 per pet per stay.
~ â°Early Check-in: We have a $75 Early check-in fee. not earlier than 12pm, that will be charged given that it is available as confirmed by the house. Please inquire early check-in through the messages and not on the app as we won't see them coming.
~ â°Late Check out: It is for free but no later than 12pm, so long as we get confirmation from the cleaners and we have no back to back bookings. Host must approve through messages.
~ đ For stays 29 nights or more: Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement.
~ đ§čMid-stay Clean: Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If youâll need me more, itâll have to be at your expense. We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.
~ đLost and Found - If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost.
~đ€đ»Additional Amenities/Special Request - For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
~đParking: If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days and regulations are because hosts are NOT responsible for guestsâ parking tickets.
~ đ§°Maintenance: Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.
~ đ«Mailboxes: Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
~ đźSecurity Deposit: Please know that a refundable security deposit of $500 will be place on hold a couple of days before your check-in day and shall be released a few days after your check out given that there are no damages to the house.
~ đ„Cameras: Our home is equipped with surveillance devices ONLY located OUTSIDE the premises of our home for extra security. We DO NOT have cameras inside the house.

~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.
