The open-concept main living area offers plenty of space for gathering after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and opens into the dining and living areas, creating an inviting space for everyone to connect. Step outside to the private screened-in porch—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding with evening drinks while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

This two-story villa includes three spacious bedrooms, and three full bathrooms:

• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed with private ensuite bath.

• Guest Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Two twin beds with adjacent full bath.

• Guest Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed with adjacent full bath.

Great trip

We enjoyed staying here! It was a quick walk to the beach (less than 10-12 minutes) and was a great space for everyone. A few things seemed a little rundown and needing a few fixes but overall great place to stay!

Enjoyed our relaxing stay

The property was clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. A short 15 minute walk to the Alder beach access and to Coligny plaza where there is shopping and good places to eat. The condo was comfortable for our family of 5.

Fantastic location

The location of the condo was fantastic. It was a short walk, bike ride or drive to anywhere. We enjoyed most everything HHI had to offer, but mostly the beach and the bike paths and the pool at the condo. The condo was great. It could use a deep cleaning, but any issues we had were resolved very quickly by Rob. We will definitely be back and recommend this condo to anyone and everyone!

Could have been a little closer and it is a 3rd story walk up but it was nice. A few items should be replaced. Smart TV would be a plus. Overall I’d say 4.5 out of 5.

Not Quite there

The place was needing a good cleaning. The sofas we covered with extra sheets to be comfortable on them, the floors and baseboards needed a good cleaning, the master bath sink kept clogging, the shower mat upstairs was really stained so my daughter wouldn’t use it. This kind of stuff bugs me, maybe it wouldn’t others. The walk to the beach is across the street and down a bit but very doable and several places to walk and eat. The beach is why we chose Hilton Head and it did not disappoint! Beautiful beaches and you can bike everywhere. Fun mini golf places and Truffles Restaurant was amazing and highly recommend. The property is older but the manager was readily available to fix the beach wagon which you definitely need if you have a cooler in tow. Overall we had a great trip with our family but like to stay at places that are a step up from home.

Beautiful Island getaway

Beautiful apartment but mattresses on twin beds were horrendous as well as all shower curtains and rods. All need to be replaced. Walk to beach was longer than expected. Not a problem for most but we had a senior with us who had a hard time.

Family Vacation

We visiting HHI during August of 2021 and selected this property because of its great location (near beach and coligny). We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 12. The unit met our needs just fine. It’s about 100yds from the parking lot to the unit, and up a couple flights of stairs so be prepared if your bringing a lot for your trip. The pool is right around the corner so that was very convenient. The unit itself was nice, but nothing luxurious. I would considering staying here again because it’s in such a great spot on the island.

Loved our time here

The property is newly renovated with high ceilings and a screened in porch. We came down for Thanksgiving and had a massive feast. We opened the screen porch door for ventilation and never felt uncomfortable. There were 5 adults in the unit and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is open to the living room which was perfect for us so while we were cooking we could still hold conversations. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied with enough utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bathrooms were supplied and very clean. The bedrooms have extra padding on the beds and were AMAZING! The unit was centrally located at Hilton Head and we were in walking distance of the beach (flat surfaces made the walk easier). Overall, we had a very relaxed, pleasant vacation and I definitely recommend this rental experience. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to spend our 2020 Thanksgiving in this beautiful rental.

Upstairs unit

We really like the comfort, and roominess of the villa. We were just unprepared for the 3 flights of stairs we had to walk up to get to the unit. After we got use to the stair, all was well. Would definitely rent unit again.
