L'unité a récemment été entièrement rénovée. Tout est flambant neuf. Voici quelques-unes des caractéristiques qui rendent cet appareil spécial; Planchers de bois franc, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un wet-bar, balcon privé avec moustiquaire, nouvel éclairage LED partout, mobilier design, accents muraux shiplap, nouveau climatiseur, trois nouvelles télévisions intelligentes, dont un 55 pouces dans le salon. Il est situé dans le bâtiment de l'atrium avec un porche grillagé extérieur donnant sur le parcours de golf Robert Trent Jones à Palmetto Dunes.

Hilton Head est célèbre pour ses larges plages qui s'étendent, et le front de mer n'est qu'à quelques pas de la promenade qui se trouve juste en dessous de notre villa. En chemin, vous rencontrerez une faune abondante des marais marins, des tortues aux aigrettes. Si vous préférez un itinéraire plus rapide, il vous suffit de monter à bord de la navette pour la plage, qui propose des liaisons saisonnières régulières tout au long de la journée. À la fin de la promenade, vous trouverez Coco's - un merveilleux bar-grill sur le thème de l'île.

Hilton Head Resort propose trois piscines pour adultes (deux extérieures, une intérieure), une piscine pour enfants, une boutique de cadeaux, un restaurant et une épicerie en bord de piscine, un grill et un bar en bord de plage, un bain à remous, un sauna, une salle d'exercice, une piste de marche intérieure, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. fi dans le bâtiment trois / wifi dans le bâtiment un - frais journaliers ou hebdomadaires, location de vélos, six courts de tennis éclairés, terrain de beach-volley, fers à cheval, toilettes en front de mer et un complexe fermé et gardé avec sécurité 24/7. First time on HHI

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the corner unit and the location of the beach. We used the indoor pool everyday and the kids had a blast. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We hope to make it back sometime!

Nice property in a good location

Booking was seamless. Directions to property easy. Finding the correct building was a little challenging as well as the elevator. Listing was accurate but was a little smaller than it looked in pictures. Communication was spotty, had to message about wifi and didn't receive an answer and ended and up figuring it out on our own (no clear instructions and password given was incorrect but old info on the partially missing sticker on the fridge got us in), had to ask about check out procedures. There was a spot on the ceiling that looked like mold but could've been dust from air vent. Had to ask another owner how to locate beach locker under building and lock was difficult to put back on. Overall the stay wasn't bad if you are good with asking other visitors for info or figuring some things out on your own.

Perfect Week

We loved our unit. It was nicely decorated and plenty of room for 4 adults and a child. I would definitely stay here again! We always enjoy our stay at Hilton Head Resort.

Wonderful

Plenty of room for my daughters and their children. The indoor pool was a real plus as it rained all day one of the days we visited. Condo is so cute with great amenities. We will plan to return!

More than Imagined

While the resort needs an upgrade, the condo was spot on. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes and we had my parents (age 70 and a 3 year old). The kitchen was great and we were able to cook full meals for a family of 8. Kids enjoyed the pools. Lots of restaurants, Walmart, Target, outlets, and grocery stors between 5-12 min drive. Staff at the entrance gate were friendly and communication with the owner was good.

Great family getaway!

Our entire family was able to come together for a relaxing week at the beach. With the pool, the grill, and the tiki bar at the beach, we barely had to leave the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the condo was welcoming and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice clean condo.

Overall the condo was good. It smelled clean when we walked in and included everything in the description. Locker under building 1 was a nice touch. It made it nice to not have to bring all the beach stuff to the room and get sand all over! Being at the end of the hall was a good location. Only complains I have is there was paint chipping off all the door ways(little pieces off paint on the floor). The blinds in the room facing the hallway didn’t close all the way. If people were changing/sleeping in that room people in the hall could see in. Last, the washer was moldy(like most front loading washers get) and the dryer does not do well drying. We kept the water canister in the dryer empty like the instructions stated and it was still hard to get things dry. That being said, we would stay in this condo again, we may just prepare a little different.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo was perfect and at a central location on the island so it was easy to navigate to dinner each afternoon. The condo sleeps 8 but only enough seating on the screened balcony for four people. We had bought foldable chairs so it wasn’t a problem. The beds were comfortable and my bedroom had a box fan in it so it drowned out outside noise if there were any. The walk to the beach is lengthy but you do have the option to ride the trolley that seats 5. I preferred the walk myself but if walking isn’t your thing be prepared to wait in line to ride the trolley. The pool was nice and large so even though it would get fairly busy I never felt like I didn’t have plenty of room to move within the pool area. The condo units themselves are older but kept in good condition.

Power out in condo we were supposed to be in ...moved to smaller unit...which smelled like mildew...much smaller no washer and dryer...not enough beds for everyone in our party...just put a damper on our entire week

The rooms were nice and had plenty of space. They had plenty of dishes and pots and pans which was nice to have for cooking in. We really enjoyed the screened in porch too.

Great Family Vacation

Ultimately we had a great stay. The resort was very great for the rainy weekend that we stayed. There were a few things the note with the unit. The first is that the cleanliness of the unit was not what I expected you could tell it had been partially cleaned but the floors were in much need of sweeping and mopping and the beds felt like they still had sand I them on the first night of our stay. Also we knew it was going to be a dreary weekend so we were very excited about having the pool which was great until every single night we were there the pool closed at 7 because they stayed the PH was off and because it was a weekend they couldn’t have someone to come look at in until Monday. With it being a rainy weekend that’s what we paid for was to have that pool stay open late for the kids to enjoy and we didn’t get that. Otherwise the stay was very nice and the resort is very accommodating and we didn’t have to leave for anything because everything was very accessible from the resort

Finding the right building was a little confusing. Pools and beach walk were great, really nice place to stay. Not sure if it's a seasonal thing but the Pools close at 7, that was a bummer

Great price, fine condo

This place has everything it advertises. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is spacious, the porch is nice. The downstairs area with the hot tub was always full of children, even though it’s supposed to be for people over the age of 12. The TV is really slow, and the remote barely works. But these are very small things. Overall, this place is conveniently located, near the beach, and was very comfortable!

Winter Getaway

Great condo, everything was perfect - very clean. Great location and we were very glad the indoor pool, hot tub etc were inside our building as it was a bit chilly outside. Not once were we bothered by noise from the pool area the condo is located at the farthest corner from the pool. Loved the boardwalk leading us to the beach, just wish the temperatures were warmer to be able to enjoy it! Definitely wouldn't be afraid to stay here again!!

Great location!

We loved staying in this unit! We have 3 small children and the access to the indoor pool was awesome! It was literally a two minute walk inside to get there.
