The Space:

Arrive via the exterior Savannah staircase, then settle into a bright, coastal-inspired home designed for gathering across two levels. An elevator provides easy travel throughout the home.



The main level includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large island, dining table for 10, four island stools, and four additional stools at the sofa table. The adjoining living area has a large sectional, while the screened porch overlooks the pool and backyard and offers seating for seven.



The first floor has two king suites:



Bedroom 1: king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and double vanity

Bedroom 2: king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity



Upstairs are five additional bedrooms and four full baths. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two double beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with four twin beds, a private bath, double vanity, and tub/shower combination. Bedrooms 6 and 7 each have a king bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.



A built-in wet bar with a wine refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker sits at the top of the stairs, alongside a media room with a queen sofa sleeper. The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, a full-size washer and dryer, and a Pack 'n Play and high chair.

Outside, enjoy the private built-in pool and hot tub, a fire pit, sun loungers, outdoor seating and dining areas, and a BBQ grill. A ping pong table adds another option for family fun, and an extra refrigerator and ice maker is available in the garage area. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon are provided for easy trips to the beach.

Guest Access:

You'll have private entry via a smart lock for secure self check-in and 24-hour arrival access. Private beach access is steps away, just cross North Forest Beach Drive to the beach access pathway. Free on-site parking accommodates up to six cars, including two in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located at the quiet end of S Forest Beach Drive, this house is just a five minute walk to the beach. Located just outside of the Ocean Gate to Sea Pines Resort, it provides all of the access without any of the hassle.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head is one of the most bike-friendly islands on the East Coast, with over 60 miles of paved paths connecting Forest Beach to Coligny, Sea Pines, and beyond — many guests don't use a car again once they've settled in. For those driving in, the home offers six parking spaces (two in the garage), so the whole group can arrive separately without a shuffle. Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is the closest option for private and regional flights; Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) handles most major carriers and is roughly and hour and a half away.



Once you're here, Coligny Circle, the beach, and the neighborhood's restaurants are all within easy biking or golf-cart distance — no need to move the car again until checkout.
