Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including a heated pool*, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. -Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.-

*There's an additional fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
