This cozy 3-bedroom Port Chester house (accommodates up to 11 people), offers excellent value, spacious living, and proximity to NYC and Greenwich, CT.

A short 10-min walk brings you to the center, the historic Capitol Theatre, & the train to NYC. It's a quick drive to key landmarks and attractions, about 40 mins to NYC, with a train ride to Grand Central taking 45-60 mins. 11-min walk to Capitol Theatre.

Perfect for those seeking a quiet, safe neighborhood close to the vibrant city centers.

The Space:
Our home can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. Beyond that might not be as comfy. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:-

Sleeping arrangements:-

1. Ground floor
Bedroom 1: Queen bed (+ 1 airbed)
Bedroom 2: 2 TwinXL beds (+ 1 airbed)

2. Basement
Bonus room: Full bed with twin trundle
Den: 2 Airbeds (note the sofa is also a full size sofa bed but may not be deemed as comfy by some)

Bathrooms:-

1. Ground floor
Main: 1 full bathroom with a separate standing shower, and a separate bathtub shower

2. Basement
Bonus: 1 full bathroom (note shower cubicle is due for a replacement - it is clean but needs improvement)

Price depends on the number of people staying. So if you book, kindly input the number of guests to see the pricing. Note that Airbnb collects fees and government taxes.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all of the rooms/space except for the garage which acts as our storage.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:-
1. We try our best to be great hosts as we welcome our guests to our home. We are not a hotel though so we appreciate some grace. Just like any other home, things could break down beyond our control and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
2. We would love for our guests to have a lovely time! In the same way, we expect our guests to take care of our home and treat the space (and our lovely neighbors) with respect.
3. The house is not perfect but it is homey and fairly-priced for New York area. There’s still a lot of improvements we would like to make (like add a second floor hehe).
4. No smoking, no vaping indoors
5. No commercial activities.
6. No big events or parties. A reasonable get together amongst registered guests is ok like a family reunion, baby shower, etc.
7. Parking is along the driveway. 2 cars can fit.
8. Day guests allowed. Maximum of 2 cars. Max of 9 people in the house at any given time. Please park along our driveway as much as possible. $20/guest if staying 4+ hours or overnight. Please register with us in advance.
