Apartment is well stocked and decorated for comfort. Get the experience of 2 x hotel rooms for the price of one, and includes your own kitchen, and lots of media content.

Downtown Greenwich (1 mile away) has many high end retail shops and restaurants if you want the luxury experience in this CT waterfront suburb of NYC.

2 miles in the other direction is Port Chester that has 30+ restaurants with huge variety of cuisine(s) and price points. Check out Mario Bataly's Tarry Lodge & more. Port Chester also has the movie theater, Costco, and and other shopping.

Rye Play land and other coastal / beach activities are all close.

This area of CT / NY have many little villages to explore, or the larger White Plains 10 mins away.

Plenty of outdoor hikes, trails, parks, and more.

1 mile from Greenwich metro north stop.
Centrally located and close to 95, 287, and the Hutch & Merit parkways.
Street parking if needed, is always close, but strict. (pay attention to signs)

Please keep noise to a respectful level after 9:30pm to respect other guests or neighbors.

Great Place to Stay

This is a really great place. It is well kept with attention to every detail. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The host was really responsive while we were staying. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Nice apartment

Had a fun filled weekend and this was the serving time staying here but in a different apartmentVery close to the Capital Theater in Port Chester Excellent restaurants near the theater and we discovered an amazing Asian restaurant within a 5 minute walk

The apartment is quite spacious and is very conveniently located to family for our NY visit. They have a nice coffee and tea set up and large dining area. The bedrooms have been renovated and are well appointed. The kitchen and bathroom are functional but could use a renovation. There is some mold/mildew in the shower. The place is air conditioned with mini splits and window AC that kept it comfortable even in hot weather. There are two off street front to back parking spaces which is very convenient. The neighborhood is fairly quiet although there is some construction going on next store, although the noise didn’t bother us. It was a nice, comfortable place to stay and we would rent it again on our next family visit.

Very convenient location and comfy beds

Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy parking and entry process. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Nice sized apartment

The apartment was large and had a well stocked kitchen. The queen sized bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet with off street parking for two cars.

Convenient & Quiet

Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Wonderful Apartment

This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has all the needed amenities and super close proximity to downtown Greenwich! My wife and I would stay there again.

Nice apartment

This apartment is in an older home that has been subdivided. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and was great for taking a walk. It has easy access to I-95.

Great for our short stay!

We enjoyed this home very much even though we were not there very long. It is in a great location and very quiet. Everything was as described and the host (Rob) was very quick to respond to any questions. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Just a short drive from NYC!

Great Apartment/Definitely Recommend!

This fully equipped second floor apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, had off-street parking for two cars, very comfortable firm beds, big screen TV, and a lovely living room area for gathering. Communications with the host were great and check in/check out was simple and easy. I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

We needed to sleep here and that is all so we didn’t get a chance to review the area. The accommodation was very clean, well-appointed, and seemed to have all the amenities you could ask for from what we noticed. The neighborhood was tight, but off-street parking is provided. Would recommend

Great apartment in a great location

I was working remotely for the week while visiting friends and family in both CT and NY. The location is close to 95 and Metro North and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner is very responsive for any questions.

Clean, convenient, comfy & well-equipped

Excellent place to stay in Greenwich! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, plenty of towels in clean bathroom, choice of dining room or living room for chatting, plenty of space in living room when Murphy bed was open. 2 parking spaces and fast internet. Host always responded quickly and cheerfully. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Wonderful Stay!

This apartment is exactly as photographed and described in the listing. It was a perfect place to stay in Greenwich, near EVERYTHING. Yet VERY quiet. The hosts communication was exceptional. The apartment has everything you need, and is well equipped. Parking was great. It is in a very safe and quiet residential location. It was the perfect place to stay in Greenwich with easy access to shopping, restaurants, malls, and parks.

Lovely and comfortable apartment

We stayed for a week over Christmas during some very cold weather. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, blazing fast wifi, TVs with all the channels, Netflix, etc. and very comfortable beds. And this apartment has a reserved off-street parking space, which is a huge plus. Minutes from shops and restaurants but on a very quiet street. The landlord is super responsive to any special requests. Couldn’t ask for a nicer stay!
