The Space:

Luxurious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows guarantee a great rest at night. Brand new billiard table that also converts into a ping pong table. We have foosball table, puzzles, games, cards etc for those that like to play; also coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons for exploring your creative side. Plenty of books for all ages. All books are complimentary, so you are welcome to keep any book you like.



BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Additional 4 guests can stay using extra sleeping options such as couch, futon and foldable beds.

Smart TVs are located on every bedroom.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.



OUTDOOR SPACE: The yard is fully fenced in and very private. Features a large deck, outdoor dinning table, fire pit and a BBQ grill.



PARKING: The driveway fits 2 cars. Additional free parking available ONLY directly in front of the house. (about 2 cars). Maximum 4 cars allowed! Fees apply if more than 4 cars parked by the house. $200 per car.

Absolutely NO parking in front of neighbors houses! The cars will get towed if parked outside the property!



The driveway is a bit steep and has steps to walk up, so if you park on the driveway or along the side of house - you will still have to walk up a few steps. It is not handicap accessible!

5 miles from Stamford Museum and 1.5 miles from McGuane Field, 1.8 miles from Stamford Center for the Arts.

Sheffield Island Lighthouse and Nature Trail is 2.1 miles. Sleepy Hollow Park is 2.6 miles away. Westchester County Airport is 11 miles from the property. 0.6 miles from the nearest beach/park as well as tennis/basketball courts, ice rink, bike/rollerblade trail.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 5 minutes away.

This home sleeps up to 16 people. The base nightly rate includes 12 guests. An additional fee of $40 per person, per night applies for each guest after 12.
