Construction Update

Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Neighbouring construction noise will impact our property through July 2026.

As we welcome Owners, Guests and their families we want to ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience. While wristbands are no longer required, amenity access is strictly limited to registered guests only, based on villa occupancy per fire code:

Studios & 1-Bedroom Villas: Max 4 registered guests

2-Bedroom Villa: Max 8 registered guests

All individuals using the pool or other amenities must be registered guest staying in the villa

On-site parking is not guaranteed. One additional permit may be purchased for two-bedroom reservations only. Additional permits not available for guestroom and one-bedroom reservations. No RV or trailer parking. Additional off-site parking available for a fee. Prices are subject to change.

All U.S. Postal Service mail must include a P.O. Box to be delivered to the resort. The full mailing address is: 1305 Lowell Avenue, PO Box 4109, Park City UT 84060

Package And Grocery Handling
Incoming Packages are available for pickup in the lobby upon delivery. All incoming packages over one (1) pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. If shipping through USPS, please include our PO Box 4109 on the shipping label.

Storage: Front Desk will store all incoming packages for 10 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of. Please do not ship your items prior to 7 days before your arrival date or they will not be accepted.

Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Front Office team. A fee will apply to all outgoing packages.

Grocery Storage Guidelines:

There will be no handling fees for groceries. The resort will hold delivery for 24 hours before disposing of items. Perishable items are not guaranteed cold storage as space is limited.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
