Parking was extremely limited and it didn't seem clear that any cars beyond the first car we brought with us would have to be parked in either paid parking garages, or more than a mile away in unpaid parking. The place was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable.

The location is wonderful, right at the base of the lifts and near the bus stop for trips into town. Ample space in the condo, with three full bathrooms that made the whole family happy. We used the hottub and sauna daily a they were very clean and nice & hot.Highly recommend this apartment for a park city stay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! It is wonderful to hear that the location worked out so well for both hitting the slopes and catching the bus into town. Having three full bathrooms is definitely a game-changer for family trips, and we’re thrilled you were able to take full advantage of the hot tub and sauna every day. Thank you for the high recommendation, and we hope to host you again at Shadow Ridge!

Nice Place to Stay

The check in process was easy, parking was simple, and we loved all the space! There were a few lightbulbs burned out, and the remote was missing the back so the batteries kept falling out but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the location and our family had a great time!

Great property! Very nice beds and plenty of room! The one issue we had was finding out there was parking for only one of our two vehicles (even though this property was for 10 people) and that there was a parking garage. Our rooftop box on one of the cars would not fit in the parking garage and we had to find a way to shove it in our car with the seats all down. The abundant outdoor parking next to the building is surprisingly off limits! And the only place to park a 2nd vehicle was a mile away! Our concern is that none of these issues were described in the details about the property before reservation. We were made aware of these details only after our payment was nonrefundable. Thankfully, the attendant at the reception desk worked some things out to give us another parking spot.

Thank you for the feedback! Glad the space and beds worked out well. We're sorry the parking situation caused a headache — glad our front desk team was able to find a second spot for you. We'll pass this along to help make sure the parking details stand out clearly for future guests.

Excellent location. Kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious condo unit. Dedicated space for ski equipment. Parking for 1 car included and convenient. Overall a very nice stay. Downsides: no laundry in the unit – had to go to the basement. Condo faces the main parking lot which allows an amazing view of the mountain but could hear snowplows early in the morning if it snowed.

Thank you for the great review, Atul! Glad the location, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious layout, dedicated ski storage, and convenient parking met your needs. Sorry about having to use the basement laundry and for the early-morning snowplow noise when it snowed — I’ll pass your feedback along to our team. We appreciate your comments and hope to host you again.

picture is deceiving

This was off season but the staff was attentive and helpful. The picture of the main living area must have had some kind of way to make it look bigger and brighter. This is an older building and the rooms aren't very spacious. We had a great time though. Also don't expect awesome views from this room. All three balconies look into a parking lot. We didn't mind because we all live in the woods of CO.

Great Spot in Park City

We stayed one night at this property to attend a concert on Main Street. The location is great - right next to the Park City Mountain Resort & the pick up for shuttles to Main Street. There was plenty of room for the eight of us adults and we enjoyed the hot tub & sauna. Would definitely stay at this location again.
