The home was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very thoughtful hosts that even provided espresso and coffee. It was VERY close to the beach.

What an absolutely perfect spot! The place was gorgeous and well maintained. The location could not be better, just a short/easy walk to the beach (which was almost always near empty of other people!) We are already planning our next trip back!

A pacific coast gem!

My family has stayed at Paws Under the Pines twice and we will be staying there again-- it's a great house in a fantastic location and I can't recommend it highly enough. The kitchen is stocked with equipment, the hot tub is perfect, the game room is great, and the beach is a very short walk away. Also, there's an idyllic little office that lets me keep up with work even when on vacation.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The beds are incredibly comfortable, it’s a well-equipped cook’s kitchen, and the backyard is heaven. We felt so at home in the space we didn’t want to leave. You can tell that is cared for with love by the owners. The communication with the host was easy and responsive. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at - from the communication from the hosts, to how well stocked the house was supplies, to the house itself. We love the quieter areas of the coast and this house was perfectly situated. The bunnies and birds around the property were also a big hit!

Incredibly accommodating for the entire family

We loved our stay at Paws under the Pines! Our dogs got to see the ocean for the very first time and thoroughly enjoyed “snooting” around the entire yard! The owner was so polite and stayed in touch and communicated quickly and efficiently with any concerns we had. The cleanliness when we arrived was great, we did notice a few things but just little things that were likely overlooked. Regardless a great place to stay and we are already talking about the next time we are going to visit. Anyone with kids and dogs I would highly recommend this place to stay

Our first trip to the beach with our two large dogs was a great success! We weren’t sure how they would do in a strange to them house but they felt right at home. Three short minutes walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The entire process from our first contact with the Host until we checked out went great. They were quick to respond to questions. The house had everything we could have needed and more. Only small critique we would have is that the lawn needed to be mowed. No other concerns or issues. We had a wonderful mini vacation and are already looking forward to being repeat clients!

We had a fantastic visit- wished we could have stayed longer! The house had everything we needed & we just loved that it was so doggo friendly. It was a super short walk to the beach!

We loved staying here! Our dog loved the yard and his doggy gelato. We had a fun time playing ping pong and soaking in the hot tub. Getting to the beach was easy and we really enjoyed a nice little beach fire with the supplied firewood. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

Fabulous

Husband and I along with our new-to-us 4 year old pup spent two nights at the Paws. So fabulous - the beach goes for ever and there we an especially low tide the last morning. Soo enjoy the Sitka Sedge Park. The hot tub was a delight after a hike in the woods. The house was as always well appointed - love that you have the backpack folding chairs. We will be back for sure! My husband and I have stayed in about 100 vacation rentals over our 30 years together, but Paws and Pines was, hands down, our best ever! It was lovely, peaceful, and exactly as advertised in the listing. We had so much room for our pooches, and everything was planned so thoughtfully. From the wine stoppers to the fireplace log measuring strip, anything we could have needed was there. One thing we loved was that the house was really clean! We've stayed in plenty that were not up to good standards, but this one was perfect. And the host's communication was excellent - we knew exactly what to expect and what they expected of us. The hot tib was incredible, the beach access was super close, the fireplace and fire pit were awesome...everything was just right! We will absolutely be back!

Loved the cookware in the kitchen and the added extra touches to make the cabin comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was a great temp and wonderful jets for the sore muscles. The fenced yards were beautifully green and lush.

If you’re a dog lover and your dogs love the beach this is the place for you. The beach is a short walk from the house. It is seemingly endless, wide, and relatively flat. Perfect for long walks. Even on a very busy holiday weekend it was relatively quiet. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There’s even a mixer for baking if you’re up to it.

Well equipped, dog friendly (though fence is not secure in some places, if you have an escape artist pet like ours...), clean, beach access across the street! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent getaway for 2 couples and 2 dogs.... Both dogs and people found it to be very comfortable!Closeby and convenient access to a beautiful stretch of beach. Quick access to other natural areas and Pacific City stores and restaurants.Spectacular scenery in this part of Oregon.

Our go-to place

3rd stay in the books and my rescue pup feels right at home here (as do the humans). Loved the amenities and especially enjoyed the hot tub and deck this time with great weather again. Already have the next stay planned!

The perfect getaway on the Oregon coast

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was so private, serene, and fully stocked with everything you’d need. Our dog loved the fully fenced front and backyard and we loved the hot tub, grill, back porch, and quick walk to the beach. Hope to stay again soon!
