Welcome to a darling, peaceful easy beach house designed for a fun family getaway. The Kiwanda Cabana is in a quiet, gated neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. There is a nice trail netowork for easy walks and bike rides, and deer a common site. The home is open, inviting and has a lovely south facing deck that is just a perfect respite from those breezy summer days.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests:
- 1 Queen bed.

- 1 Twin over Full Bunk bed.

Great Room / Kitchen.  2 TV's, incl 1 TV with DVD. Basic Spectrum wireless internet and ROKU. Games, books and movies.

A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for one dog only. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
