The Lodge House is part of True North, a private four-building lakeside estate on the Gull Lake Chain (Roy Lake) in Nisswa, MN. This 5,000 sq/ft luxury home sits directly on the lake, and includes 5+ bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a theater, game room and gym, and sleeps up to 16 people.

The Clubhouse, Little Cabin, and the Bunkhouse -- on 5 acres across the road have a tennis court, sauna and hot tub -- can can be rented individually or together with the Lodge House.

The Lodge House at True North is one-of-a-kind in Nisswa and the Brainerd Lakes Area.

The house has all the modern comforts of 21st century living both inside and outside the house. Inside there are 5+ bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, movie theater with 12 ft screen, game room (billiards, foosball, ping pong), gym (free weights, treadmill, elliptical machine); free WiFi, zonal heating & cooling, and large open concept lodge room and kitchen area for group gatherings.

Outside there are three decks or patios, a fire pit, small sandy beach, 32-ft dock for your own boats and personal watercraft, and an upper lawn area used for outdoor games or hosting wedding events.

For larger groups, retreats and wedding events -- the True North Lodge House can be rented as part of the full 5-acre estate. This includes three additional buildings -- the Clubhouse, Little Cabin and Bunkhouse -- that collectively can sleep 25+ people.

Booking the full estate also includes a private tennis court (with pickleball lines); two outdoor saunas, an outdoor hot tub, and a 1/4 mile walking trail.
