Lodge style home located minutes from all that Crosslake has to offer. Perfect for family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, golf or snowmobile outings, hockey camp crews, fantasy draft parties. First class accommodations with plenty of parking for guests and trailers (the snowmobile trail crosses the driveway and several boat launches within 5 minutes). Amazing outdoor patios with outdoor fireplace, tv, pizza oven and grill. Outdoor bar and space for small outdoor events. This home is NOT located directly on the water. It is however surrounded by many lakes and rivers with nearby access to, sand bars, ATV and snowmobile trails, golf courses, cross-country ski trails, parks and of course the sober shuttle to many fine eating and drinking emporiums. **Due to Cleaning service restrictions weekend check outs are not allowed without approval.

Beautiful place with lots of space. The outdoor kitchen and pizza oven were a huge hit. Dan was great to work with - quick and responsive. Our family absolutely loved staying here and will be back.

We celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary with 16 adults and teens. Everything was great and Dan was wonderful to work with - I would definitely recommend it.

Family Reunion in Crosslake, MN

We had a wonderful time staying at The Loon's Nest in Crosslake. It had room for a good number of family members to stay together, visit and have fun. This is a unique property and has a very nice, spacious outdoor area along with the house. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking/eating area tremendously and the fire pit as well. It was very interesting to learn the history of the building also. We would definitely recommend this property.

The Loon's Nest Exceeded our Expectations

We had a gathering of 14 family members and more than enough living space. The pictures were very accurate, it was a charming place with an interesting history. Our family enjoyed the outdoor playground, lawn area for games, fire pit, and grill with outdoor seating for meals. The parking area was large enough to set up Pickleball, which was a bonus! We would love to go back again.

Wedding Weekend

What a beautiful place to stay and be able to celebrate our nuptial with family. The location was perfect. The cabin set up allowed our family to be able to be in one spot and just have fun. Held the ceremony and reception on the side which was gorgeous. Everyone loved the cabin and had the best time! Created wonderful memories while marrying my best friend! Thank you Ron the O’Leary’s.

Great spot in Crosslake

We had a sales meeting with (11) guys and stayed at The Loon's Nest. Great location; was close to a couple spots we golfed at and near fishing for part of our team. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen, hand soap and plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and tons of seating and wood offered for the outdoor pergola patio. We spent the bulk of our time outside cooking, playing yard games and chatting around the fire. Pack your own soap/shampoo. We forgot to pick some up assuming a VRBO would have some leftover supplies in the bathrooms, but every one was spotless clean and no supplies. No big deal. For the size of the home and how many it can house, the only drawback was the size of the dishwasher. It is about 1/2 the size of a normal machine built into cabinets. Overall it was a great spot. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing Staycation!

This place was amazing and Ashley and company were very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place had plenty of games to keep us occupied during our stay. Our only regret was not coming during the fall or summer to enjoy the outside amenities as it looked like it would’ve served us greatly! Me and my family enjoyed our stay and will be considering this place for future plans.

Great place in a great location.

Beautiful and nice. Would be great to visit during the summer. Kitchen is a little small for cooking for a big group but we made t work. Large place with lots of space for the adults and kids to find things to do.

Spacious

Ashley is great in communication throughout the process. She made things easy for me and my forum of friends and family. The house is huge enough for 20 adults. The size of each room is big. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The dining space at the door is very spacious. There is plenty of TVs in the house which is great. I will definitely book again.

Perfect Family Time

Our group had a great stay here. The house met our needs for a fun family long weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the extra items like a high chair and kid's toys. And were lucky enough to have beautiful fall weather so we could enjoy the outside spaces as well.

Bach Party

This was a perfect spot for us! We golfed all day Friday, party bus to the bars all weekend, and sat by the fire and watched football on the TV outside all day Saturday. Just a great weekend at the perfect place. We will definitely come back. Thanks Ashley!
