PARKING:
-There is space for ONLY 3 vehicles on-site, Please be extra cautious to not park or drive on the septic drain field. Located behind the parking area next to the shed. Their is not room for a trailer.


PET POLICY:
-Cullen Cove is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage or created excessive cleaning required to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us

➝ Dock & Water toys are installed and removed based upon season. Please reach out with any questions/concerns regarding removal dates. We try to have docks available by mid May through mid October, but the season could be shorter or longer.
-Must be 25 years of age or older to rent
