Step into a vibrant blast from the past at the Fun! 90's Themed House, perfectly located just 0.7 miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene. This retro-inspired home is designed to bring back the best of the 90's while offering all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The house features playful 90's memorabilia and decor throughout, giving every corner a nostalgic touch. We also provide a Nintendo and Sega loaded with tons of classic games!

This home is bigger than it looks! There is a finished basement that allows for two families to stay or kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Both living rooms offer two comfortable sofa beds in the living room, ideal for extra guests. The main upstairs bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the ajoining kids' room is equipped with a bed with trundle bed - all made up and ready to go. The spacious living areas are perfect for families or groups, with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and classic 90's board games for entertainment. The 2 kitchens and eating areas have everything you need to prepare meals, and the large backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Great location, nice and quiet street. House has lots of space to move around in. Kitchen was spacious. It’s nice having the two levels with full kitchens and bathrooms.

From communication for check-in all the way to check out, they made it so simple. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with gizmos and gadgets. Tons of towels and linens were provided. Easy access to downtown and highway access. We loved it!

Loved the communication from the host! It made her stay run so smoothly. The children enjoyed all the fun arcade and video games. Beds were super comfortable!

Horrible!!

This property should not be on any listing sight. It was horrible, the pictures are very misleading as far as the space is laid out. You have to go down a horrible staircase to get to the basement. The whole lower level was infested with spiders. There was steel wool put into the walls on the back landing which indicates rodent problems to me. When I asked the host if he could let us checkout the next day and get a refund he told me that it was past the cancellation window. He said that he has never been told there was a spider problem in the past. I seriously doubt that! We left the very next day because my grand children were terrified to go in the basement. The one night stay we all crowded in the living room. I spoke to a neighbor who said the property was an eyesore and they need to spend some time and money on it.

Perfect Night's Stay after a day at Silverwood Theme Park

We were a group of 9 and it was the perfect space for all of us for one night's stay. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 90s themed house. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was ample space for all. Two separate living areas which made it nice for privacy traveling with two families. The house was so clean and had everything needed for a long weekend stay. Short drive to the lake making it so convenient to tote kids and things back and forth as we needed. David is an awesome host. Always responded right away and was so kind, even sending local recommendations. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here and we will come back again!!

Practically perfect for our family

Sunday‐Thursday stay with 2 of the days at Silverwood. Plenty close to downtown but a super quiet neighborhood close to the Freeway.Our kids loved the video games (we don't have at our) so our 12,11,9,6 year olds were just introduced to Super Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog. Grill was nice and easy to use. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. AC worked great.Would stay here again.

Perfect family friendly spot

My husband and I traveled with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 12) and the 90’s fun house was a perfect spot to experience CDA for a few days! It’s a little removed from the downtown bustle but very close driving distance (less than a few miles) to everything we wanted. We were able to hike, paddle board on the lake as well as have easy access to a variety of restaurants and the highway. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and very easily accommodated 4 people; the kids loved playing the arcade games. The beds were really comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets which made everyone happy. David (the host) was easily reached and was able to answer any and all questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

We came to CDA for my stepson's graduation commencement, being a family of 6 from southern CA we booked this property based on the price and location and the themed decorations. It did not disappoint. Every amenity was provided, even ones we did not need, like a BBQ and the feature of the second kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect to get to downtown easily and the other surrounding areas in 20 mins or less. My kids loved that it had a basement. It was so comfortable and had more room than even our large family needed. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. Highly recommend.

We were in town for soccer tournaments, and this place was great for the family. The location was great for getting on and off the main interstate. The home was very clean.

Clean and Tidy

The 90's house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The listing was not completley clear about the bedroom and bathroom acess but it was fine and we would defitely stay here again.
