We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We basically were there just to sleep. It did stay cool in spite of the extreme heat. It was a great place to stay for my husband and I. Thank you for a place to stay. Great price for our five day stay.

II was a little upset when my cleaning lady said that you left bottles empty bottles some with pop in it on the floor You had wrappers all over the place. I understand that I opened my home for a rental yet I expect people just like I do in my traveling job that. B That it is my home and you could’ve respected a little bit.By not leaving garbage all over the floor and I have pictures to prove it.

It would have been nice if the AC would have been on before I arrived, also the internet and the shower drain is slow draining. Other than that I loved your place and would stay there again.

I keep it at 85 to keep cool enough to not over work the refrigator and the place is on a septic that may drain a little slower yet ive never had a problem with it before i can have my cleaning person put some Drano down the drain and maybe maybe some extra hair from somebody that didn’t clean the tub out. You did turn my airconditoner off completely and not put it at 85 or take the garbage out .. which are in the house rules. I I try very hard to kick sure the place is clean so we don’t have extra friends hanging around for my guests . I I truly do take suggestions from my guest and try to correct things. Thank you again for stsying.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy, smaller one bedroom in Apache Junction. It was clean, comfortable, cool and a relatively quiet place to stay. It was nice to have a large carport to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee plus have a shaded spot for our vehicle. We also appreciated having a pool, hot tub and a small dog park close by. Dawn was very responsive as a host and we were fortunate enough to meet/visit with some of her friends/neighbors within the community. A great place to stay for a very reasonable price. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I’m glad you enjoyed yourself and I had a review about the cleanliness so I’ve implemented some house rules. I’ve also talked to my cleaning lady which she is new and have her start taking pictures before and after so that I have some reference when I’m traveling with my job as to what needs to be addressed. I never want my house to be a mess. I’m a clean freak myself and my own home And so we’ve addressed it and I hope that the future that everything is what it should be and thank you again for staying.!!! And the pictures have nothing to do with the previous guest and that’s not something I would post or show it’s just between me and her so that issues can be addressed to what I need to have cleaned when I’m not there so the next guest doesn’t run into issues where it’s not clean enough. Thank you again for staying and have a wonderful blessed day.!!

I stayed with my daughter as we were checking out both Polytech and Tempe Campuses at ASU. The location was great, the neighbors were friendly, and the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. The vanity area in the bedroom was very thoughtful, so the bathroom is free after you shower, so you’re not only tied to the bathroom when getting ready. There is a dog that runs around the property, but she is friendly, her name is Baby.

Cleanliness

Location was good and the home was recently renovated. The problem we had was how dirty this place was when we arrived. We had to clean almost the whole house before settling down and enjoying ourselves. We would not rent this property again.

I am sorry for the issue of the cleanliness.. I had a new cleaning person and I wasn’t there at the time to review it. I recently did a deep clean and took pictures to what I expect . I am sorry for the issue and have addressed it for future renters . If I’m paying someone to clean I expect it to be done .. I’m not saying it in a mean way yet a professional way . It’s my home they are representing and the way my home is clean and I’m so sorry this happened. If I would have known I would have had another cleaning done immediately. I myself was in there just a few days ago and cleaned out the refrigerator of food and bottles of booze left under the sink and dirty greased dishes in the stove drawer and that was cleaned myself and was addressed with a posted house rules . Anyway again I’m sorry and mistakes made yet learned and addressed for future renters. Have a good day .

Don't ever display an American flag that is ripped, torn, or dirty!! Place was just OK. Rearranged furniture as it was very crowded. Plastic statues and flowers were full of dust. Odd way to make coffee... blinds were broken or missing slats. Bathroom was updated but no washcloths, hand towels. Two towels. No broom to sweep and washing machine screeched with metal upon metal. Hmmmmm cost wise it did not live up to the listing ...
