This 81-sqm apartment is located on the 24th floor with an elevator. There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. Another toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. There is air conditioning.
Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at the reception.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of AED160 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for AED160. Both can be provide for AED240. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
