Put on a favorite record, settle in for a movie, enjoy coffee outside, or head down to Thornton Creek and listen to the water. In the evening, fire up the BBQ or gather around the creek side fire pit beneath the trees.

🏡 A Comfortable Home Base

This single-level 2BR/1BA home sleeps up to 4 and is ideal for couples, small families, friends or extended stays.

This home is also offered as a 3BR. When booked as the 2BR option, the third bedroom is simply locked and unavailable. You’ll still have private use of the remainder of the home and all its amenities.

The living room is made for relaxing, with comfortable seating, a 60" Smart TV, record player and sound system, plus a collection of vinyl, DVDs, books and games.

Both queen bedrooms feature memory foam hybrid mattresses, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets for a comfortable night’s sleep.

One bedroom includes a Smart TV and vanity area, while the other offers a dedicated workspace, making the home equally comfortable for vacation or remote work.

🏡 About This 2-Bedroom Listing

This is a private, single-level 2-bedroom configuration of our lower-level home, with its own entrance, covered patio and BBQ area.

The home normally has three bedrooms. For this more affordable 2BR option, one bedroom is locked and unavailable during your stay. The remainder of the home and its amenities are exclusively yours.

🌲 Outdoor Spaces

Enjoy your private covered patio and BBQ area, then step into the fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, outdoor seating and access to Thornton Creek. The backyard, fire pit and creekside areas are shared with guests in the upper home.

🐾 Traveling With a Dog?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The fee is $100 per pet, per stay, and proof of current vaccinations and flea/tick protection is required before arrival.

The home offers a single-level layout with hard-surface flooring throughout and doorways 32"+ wide for easier mobility. Grab bars are available, and a raised toilet seat and shower chair can be provided with advance notice.

🌿 A Home Surrounded by Nature

Thornton Creek and mature trees surround the property, so birds, squirrels, insects and other local wildlife are part of the setting. We use environmentally friendly professional pest control on a regular schedule.

🛡️ Security & Monitoring

Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or private guest spaces.

Noise, smoke and occupancy monitoring devices are also used to help protect our guests, neighbors and property.

📋 Required Within 24 Hours of Booking

To finalize your reservation, guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, sign our Rental Conditions and complete identity verification within 24 hours of booking. A government-issued photo ID is required for every reservation.

Same-day reservations require additional verification, including a matching credit card, government-issued photo ID and a selfie/photo of the guest holding their ID.

Extended stays require a rental lease and refundable security deposit. Rates may vary based on season, length of stay and lease terms.
