Welcome to The Sea Glass Villa- This positively gorgeous executive level residence is located on a quiet cut-de-sac street, Kittiwake Circle, within the esteemed Dunes Golf and County Club community of Sanibel Island. Receiving a top to bottom renovation in mid-2024, guests booking now will be among the very first to stay in this pristine home. Close to beaches, pet friendly, with bikes, a pass through outdoor bar, and an oversized heated pool, this one won't last long.
The Space:
In terms of layout and appointment, The Sea Glass House features a smart and modern design with an open concept living area that flows into the kitchen, dining room, and into the bedrooms. The house was designed to accommodate larger parties of guests in a way that allows them to spend time together in common areas but also receive ample privacy if desired by retiring to the bedrooms at the edges of the home. In terms of appointment, the living room features ample light from an oversized skylight adorning the top of the fireplace mantle and multiple seating areas for guests to relax with a book in hand. The kitchen features four seats for guests to enjoy their meals directly at the kitchen island or they may choose to retire to the dining room for a more formal experience, in which a six top dining table accommodates meals with a view of the pool and golf course. A second couch and living area is available to guests directly adjacent to the dining table, which will offer larger groups the ability to enjoy TV in the primary living area while an alternate group might enjoy board games in the second living area.
In terms of bedrooms and bathrooms, this home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite access to primary bathroom, which features dual vanities and a walk in shower
Second Bedroom: King bed with access to the hallway second bathroom which features dual vanities and a walk in shower, with en-suite pool access
Third Bedroom: Double beds with access to the hallway second bathroom which features dual vanities and a walk in shower, with en-suite pool access
The living room of this home features a queen sized sleeper sofa, provisioning the house for a total sleeping capacity of ten guests (two in primary, two in guest bedroom 1, four in guest bedroom 2, two in living room). The house features an attached two car garage which guests will be provided access to. Guests will also enjoy the semi-circular driveway with two entrances, making the home perfect for those bringing with them multiple vehicles. In terms of location, the home is located within The Dunes Golf and Country Club community on one of the best streets, Kittiwake Circle. With a cut-de-sac design, guests will find the street extremely quiet and residential, affording those occupying the home ample privacy. This home sits on an oversized corner lot, also affording guests ample yard space to enjoy many of the including games on (corn hole, ping pong, etc.). This property also includes 3 beach bikes and multiple beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
