À propos de cet hébergement

Notre maison est située entre la plage et Periwinkle Way, à distance de marche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. Notre maison est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites à Sanibel: télévision par câble, Internet sans fil, vélos, clubs de golf, chaises de plage, planches de bodyboard, skim board et des tonnes de jouets pour la piscine. Profitez de la piscine privée ou marchez jusqu'à la plage pour bombarder, nager, faire du boogie board ou simplement vous détendre.

La chambre principale a un lit king confortable et une salle de bain attenante. La deuxième petite chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une grande armoire Ikea. La troisième plus grande chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un grand placard. La deuxième salle de bain se situe entre ces deux chambres.

La nouvelle cuisine est ouverte sur le séjour et offre une belle vue sur la piscine. Il y a une pièce latérale avec un canapé-lit qui peut être utilisée comme salle à manger, chambre à coucher ou bureau. La maison dispose également d'une cuisine secondaire attenante à la suite parentale.

La piscine clôturée a deux tables, deux remises pleines de vélos et de jouets pour la piscine, un barbecue à gaz et deux chaises longues.

La maison est entièrement meublée. 11% de taxe de vente en Floride applicable sur les locations de moins de 6 mois. La location minimum est de 28 jours selon les réglementations de la ville de Sanibel. Les tarifs sont basés sur une période de location de 28 jours. Les jours supplémentaires et leurs tarifs en mois avec plus de 28 jours sont négociables. Nous envisagerons des réductions pour les longs séjours. Location de 6 mois ou plus non soumise à la taxe de vente en Floride.

Wonderful home on Sanibel

Our stay was perfect in every way. Even when something needed to be fixed, it was addressed immediately. Very comfortable, and the pool was great.

Home away from home!

Exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. House was super cute and met all of our needs. The pool was a HUGE plus. Sanibel is on the way back, this residence proved it.

Perfect

We were concerned about hurricane damage, but the house had been completely restored. A little farther to the beach than we were accustomed to, but it more than made it worthwhile. Morning coffee out by the pool, plenty of routes for a morning walk, everything we needed in the kitchen! Definitely on our next year’s list!

In Jeff‘s Haus ist alles vorhanden, um einen sorgenfreien entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen! Sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Bei Fragen erhält man umgehend Antworten . Der Pool tut sein übriges, um sich so richtig wohl zu fühlen!

A Piece of Sanibel Paradise!

My sister and I stayed here for a month in September 2021, and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had! A quick bike ride to the beach, which we did pretty much every day. Everything you need, including the marvelous pool! Had a minor plumbing issue on our first day, but the owners were super responsive and it was fixed quickly. The neighborhood makes for great evening walks. Overall, wouldn't change a thing!

Little slice of paradise

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The heated pool is a nice end (or beginning) to a day at the beach. Plenty of pool toys, bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach. Jeff and Linda are wonderful hosts. We had a great stay and plan to return.

Great Hosts, Lovely Island Home

Our hosts made this year's trip pleasant from the very start. It was great meeting them as we checked in. This charming beach house was well appointed, with nothing left out. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and the open floor plan made it easy to enjoy multiple activities at once, without anyone feeling isolated. The majority of the trip was just hubby and I, but our family joined us for a week, and everyone felt just as comfortable and at home as we did. The pool was used almost daily, and was a nice relaxing end to the day shelling. Our beds were comfy, and we had plenty of room for storing our beach gear and supplies. Everything worked, and Jeff was helpful whenever we had questions. I found the photos and descriptions of this property to be accurate. If I had to critique anything, it would maybe be the picture quality of the television, but if you are concerned with that, you should probably not be on an island with so much else to do. With multitudes of movies for the DVD player, books to peruse, bikes, pool toys, and a super stocked kitchen - there was no shortage of creature comforts. We appreciated the time shared in this lovely home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a trouble free island visit.

Everything You Could Want and More

If this property had been for sale, I would have purchased it. Everything one could want is in this property. The heated pool is great, the art work in the house is outstanding, it is fully equipped in a great neighborhood. The owners are extremely personable, approachable, and eager to make your stay memorable.

Highly recommend this Sanibel Island house.

Everything you want in a vacation rental. The location, a five minute bike ride to the beach ( bikes included), is optimal as it is convenient as well as being in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very clean and had everything you would need to make our month long stay exceptional. We especially loved the heated pool and the grill to relax after a day of shelling or walking at the beach. The owner, Jeff, was very easy to work with and obviously wanted to make us feel welcome in his great piece of paradise in Sanibel. We would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again.

A perfect house for what we needed.

Jeff’s property was just what we needed. We loved everything. The pool was perfect. The house was well appointed. The walk to the beach and the short cut to beach was just what we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Super Pool Haus in Strandnähe

Tolles Haus, alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut insbesondere Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neu. Die Küche hat einen guten Standard, alle Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, alles auf den Inseln ist mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Fußweg zum Strand ca 30 min, mit dem Fahrrad ca 10 min. Auch die Erkundung der Natur auf den Fahrradwegen haben wir sehr genossen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfect Place, Perfect Service

We heard that Sanibel Island was an amazing destination, so we were looking for an affordable place on the island. We found this wonderful three bedroom, two bath home that was spacious for my family of four. The owners were great in looking after every need, and the house was filled with everything you would want for a great beach vacation. We loved the location because of the closeness to the beach, a 7 minute bike ride, and to the closeness of the town, about another 7 minute bike ride in the opposite direction. It was great staying there. The house was clean, in good shape, and the pool was warm and wonderful. We hope to go back to this house some day. Great memories and great owners.

This is a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have our own private pool to swim in. There were plenty of outdoor tables to put all my shells on. We also loved having the bikes to ride. It's a 7 minute bike ride to the beach (we timed it). And a short bike ride up to Jerrys Market with lots of baskets on the bikes for your bags. We biked all over (to the lighthouse, out to eat, shopping, ice cream, the beach). There's a map of the island at the house or you can pick one up at Jerry's. It shows you all the bike trails. The washer and dryer came in very handy. It was great to be able to bring our dog. It's in a nice neighborhood where we enjoyed walking her. All the neighbors were very friendly. Jeff answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful home in Sanibel!

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Sanibel! The house was in perfect condition! It is clean and beautiful furnished with all the things needed to insure a wonderful carefree vacation. It is so relaxing to be able to see the beautiful flowers and the palms while enjoying our own private pool day or night. We love the close proximity to our favorite restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful Sanibel beach. It is the owners' great consideration for our comfort that makes this is our "home away from home" whenever we are able to come down to Sanibel. We have been staying at this home for the past 4 years and hope to continue for many more years. We always feel that we are being welcomed into the home of good friends.Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home as these are truly the high point of our year!
