Mom, dining table for 18! Large pool and spa. Dream vacation for the family and the grandkids. Sleeps up to 28 people. Steps to the beach. 10-12 bedrooms and 9 full and one half bath. 6000 sq ft. IDEAL HOME TO USE FOR WEDDING PARTIES AND FAMILIES TO STAY AT FOR THEIR SPECIAL DAY. Surf City is a family town and you can walk to everything you will need, has parking for 8-10 cars, park your car for the week and not need to use again. FIRST FLOOR: garage, ELEVATOR, grand kids bunk room with 8 bunks, guest queen bedroom/bath, exercise room with sauna, glass game room overlooking the backyard with second kitchen/bar, ping-pong table, foosball, double washer/dryer room. I provide several items for babies/small children: 2 full size cribs, pack 'n play and 2 highchairs. SECOND FLOOR: 6 king bedrooms with baths and closets. 2 of those bedrooms are a suite with a pull out sofa. THIRD FLOOR: large designer kitchen with large island and dining area for 18, plus outside eating area on deck, large living room plus sun room with a full bar area and fireplace. Master suite with bath, walk-in closet and private deck area. Additional private bedroom next to the master suite. Half bath on floor. Large rooftop deck overlooking the bay and the ocean with sitting area. Sheets and towels are provided like a hotel, the beds will be made and towels laid out for you and we wash the sheets when you leave and you will manage the towels. I have 2 handymen on staff that live locally to help you in anyway. The pool and spa are open and HEATED from April through November. Friday to Friday rental, check in at 3pm and enjoy happy hour and you don't have to deal with Saturday traffic.

This house has everything you need and more. There was so much seating available and space for our large group to all eat and hang out together. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was amazing. The location was great. The beach was houses away and the bay was a block away. There were plenty of stores and places to eat, within walking distance. The owner was a phone call away for any questions or requests that we made. It was an awesome experience.

Great place for entertaining! The layout is perfect as all the common areas are in the back of the house with the first and third floor totally open. So much room to relax and have conversations. The kitchen with the double oven was a great plus with all the cooking we did over the weekend. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and he turned the heat on in the pool and hot tub for us late March!!! It was great and looking to lease again next year..

We were looking for a space for extended family to have a holiday gathering. Jim’s place had everything we needed for our usual focus on prepping and eating food together, gift swapping, playing games, watching sportsball, getting a workout, or taking an occasional break for personal needs. We also loved long walks on beach - just a block away.The house was very clean and well appointed. Jim and his team were very accessible and responsive to our questions.

5/5 — A Perfect Stay for My Retirement Celebration!The vacation home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. I hosted my retirement family celebration here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house has many spacious en suite bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed and elegant décor — everyone had their own private retreat!All three levels of the home are thoughtfully designed and very accommodating. The owner, Jim, was extremely responsive from day one — kind, helpful, and full of great suggestions that made my celebration truly special. We especially loved the heated pool and spa, which we enjoyed every day, along with all of the wonderful outdoor amenities.A special thank you to Hannah and Vince as well for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming place to create lasting memories.Theresa Bugg

What an incredible house! Our family has used VRBO for years, and this is hands down the best property we’ve ever rented—so much so that it inspired us to write our very first review.Nothing in this home was done halfway. The owners truly thought of everything: multiple washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, TVs, common areas, and more. The kitchen was outstanding, and the large dining area made family meals a joy. Our family chefs had zero complaints! The elevator was a total game changer, making it easy for older family members to get between floors and simplifying luggage transport. The various living spaces were spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably but also perfect for smaller groups to relax together.The location was unbeatable—restaurants right across the street and the beach just a one-minute walk away.But the best part of all was the owner. He responded instantly to any question and genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed.This home is worth every penny for large families, and we would happily stay here again in the future.
