The Space:

This home features two floors of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, and a game room. Upon entering the front door you will see the family room furnished with a sectional couch, recliner and a smart Google TV. The first bedroom is just off the living room and has a queen size bed. Off the other side of the living room there's a desk area and a bar with seating for 5. The dining room table has seating for 6. The large kitchen is furnished with all of your basic cooking needs and offers extra barstool seating for 3. The half bath and laundry room are also located off of the kitchen.

The upstairs opens in to another family room, plus a game room! Play poker, bumper pool, foosball or lay back on the sectional and watch a movie. There is a full bathroom off of the game room with a tub. The master bedroom has king size bed, smart Google TV and a full size bathroom with tub. The last bedroom is off of the family room and has a double queen bunk bed.

There is front porch seating for two and a fire pit and chairs in the back yard for toasting marshmallows.

There is free street parking right in front of the house and a driveway for 5 cars.



Guest Access:

There is a keyless entry on the front door. Guests are given a unique code within 72 hours of checking in.

Guests will have access to the entire property. There is driveway parking and street parking.

Sandusky is home to Cedar Point (just a 9 minute drive), one of the most popular amusement parks in the world, famous for its roller coasters. The city has also been nicknamed "Ohio's Water Park Capital" because of the presence of Cedar Point Shores, Castaway Bay, Great Wolf Lodge, and Kalahari Resorts.

Sandusky sits on the southern shore of Lake Erie, providing opportunities for enjoying beaches, boating, and other water activities

Ferries and cruises depart from Sandusky daily, allowing you to visit the nearby islands in Lake Erie, including Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island.

Sandusky has a rich history, which you can explore at the Erie County Historical Society or the Cooke-Dorn House Historic Site. The city also played a role in the Underground Railroad during the fight to abolish slavery.

A car is necessary while staying at this property. There is no public transportation nearby. Uber and Lyft are available.

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
