The check in process was very easy and smooth. House was great location for Cedar point, and very cool inside. Everything was as described, would highly recommend.

The game room was the tipping point for us. We had our grandsons with us , ages 17, 19, 22. They really enjoyed having room to spread out. The house was near what we wanted to see and do. It was also very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for our family trip to cedar point. 10 min from the park. Also within 5-10 minutes of major grocery stores to stock up. Downtown Sandusky was also fun to walk through. Mark was very prompt with communication and ensured we had what we needed.

Mark was a stellar host and very responsive to our needs. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked with all the basics and some extras as well. The location is perfect if you want to walk to Jackson Pier and take the ferries to the various islands. This really helped us, as it is allowed groups of people to engage when they wanted and rest if they needed a break. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house overall worked well for our family with young adults in their 20's.

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again. The communication with our host was remarkable, prompt, and always helpful.The best part of this property was the amount of space. The master suite was spacious and upstairs. Another bedroom upstairs included a bunk bed that was full size on top and queen on bottom.The gameroom was spacious with lots of sitting and games.The bedroom downstairs had a queen bed. The small tv downstairs worked well but we had problems logging on to the bigger tv upstairs in the gameroom and the remote would not work. Our host sent us another remote to help fix the issues. The communication with our host was outstanding. I can't thank him enough. This home is in a great area and only minutes from Cedar Point. I highly recommend this place.

Shelly, a layout with the master suite upstairs and a game room big enough for everyone to spread out is exactly what makes group stays feel easy. Glad the extra remote sorted the upstairs TV. Being minutes from Cedar Point makes it a handy base, and you are welcome back anytime.

This house is a great location to visit Cedar Point. There's a full size washer and dryer with supplied detergent and dryer sheets along with shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the bathrooms. A supply of cleaning products and all kitchen needs. If you forgot to bring outdoor folding chairs, don't worry, there are 6 available to use around the fire pit. Mark is an attentive host with easy check-in.

Very nice house inside … plenty of room for a big group and plenty of privacy the way it is built . Location is very convenient to the Pier as well. Our host was super responsive.It worked out perfectly for us to come back and forth from the Ironman in Sandusky!

Great stay!

New remodeled property was perfect for our family to stay for our trip to Cedar Point which is about a 13 minute drive from the house. Close to downtown with great restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet, upstairs is great for downtime! Host Mark was very helpful with everything.

Family Get together

Inside is very nice, newly remodeled. Plenty of room for my family. Kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, with plenty of towels for everyone. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean and roomy ( 2 stories with ample space on both floors). The neighborhood is very quiet and I was able to see the water from Lake Erie from the front windows. It was a great location, 15 minute drive to Kalahari Resort and 4 hours from Niagara Falls. We had a great time visiting the Bible Bee and seeing the sights with our friends. There are grocery stores, restaurants and fast food very close. If we go to that area again, I will definitely look for this house to rent. It was ideal for us. The host was very attentive to respond to my every question.

This property stated it had AC but it did not. There were small window units adequate for 2 of the small bedrooms, but the main bedroom and entire 2nd floor were unbearably hot. This residence was selected for the game room(unusable on the second floor) and for AC as we were staying in July. The fan in the main bedroom had no remote or switch to turn it on. The TV in the game room did not have a functioning remote.It was impossible to stay and we lost all the refrigerated food we had purchased for our stay.

Fantastic newly renovated home! The home is well organized and you are able to enjoy the home not just have a place to hang your head. My kids and family loved playing black jack before bed! The backyard is great for kids to get energy out and we were even able to pick some mulberry’s!
