Bedrooms: First bedroom: a king-sized bed and a fold-out sleeper (sleeps 3). Second bedroom: a queen bed with a full trundle (sleeps 4). Third bedroom: a twin bunk bed, a full bed in the middle, and a twin trundle (sleeps 4).
Our home features a 55" TVs in the living room and a 43" TV in the master bedroom, and each other bedroom has a 24" TV.
The unit is on the 2nd floor, 12 short steps from the parking lot.
Our building is where the Sandusky biggest residential mural located! Please be sure to check it out!
Located in the vibrant DORA zone, our property is within walking distance to the ferry, and close to an array of charming shops, lively bars, and delightful restaurants. Make the most of the local scene and, when you're ready to leave, simply request a DORA cup from any participating venue. This allows you to continue enjoying your beverage as you stroll back to our welcoming property.
5 mins to Cedar Point -10 mins to Kalahari Resort - walking distant to the waterfront and the ferries. 10 mins to major shopping center and grocery.

Each floor has 2 units so there are spaces you will be sharing a wall with next door.
100% cleaning fee goes to the cleaners and we pay a living wage to our staff. We have 24/7 on site staff for anything you need.
Bonus an Level 2 EV charging station included in the parking lot reachable in unit #4 and two guest spots.

Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.
