The house is amazing. Three king bed rooms with bathrooms for everyone is exactly what my family needed. The short walk and access path to the beach was very convenient. The open area kitchen and living area was more than accommodating for my family of 5 adults and 1 child. We watched beautiful sunsets from the upper deck, and had wonderful evening swims in the pool.

This property is amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had all the space we needed with super easy access to the beach! The pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings with lots of space for our dogs to run around. A beautiful house in a great location.

Great Beach House

This well appointed house is super close to the beach access. It had everything we needed for cooking (tons of cookware, gadgets, appliances, place settings). It was convenient for letting our dogs out in the fenced in yard with access from second floor deck stairs. The decor is well done inside with actual art work. Bedrooms are generous, the AC works very well and it has a great washer dryer. Views from top two floors are amazing even with new house next door blocking some of it. Lots of outdoor decks plus the pool patio area. We look forward to coming back!

The kitchen has so many appliances- that it made cooking easy and enjoyable. They are building a house directly in front of the house- so the view to the ocean is not what it appears in the pictures. However- you can still see the ocean and the walk to the beach is super quick. We would stay here again.

Family & Pet Friendly Oasis

The photos and description did not do justice for Hot Mess. We were closer to the beach than I thought and had wonderful views. The house, kitchen, beds and pool were all designed nicely and very comfortable. It made us feel at home. Loved that we had two decks (one with easy access for the dogs) and an elevator. The elevator made this trip possible for my mom and our senior dogs!

Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful house nice view unfortunately they were building a house right beside it so every day we had to hear banging and we could not enjoy the patio because there were always men out there working on the house looking over making it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our day.. hi Lori recommend this house once construction is done on the house beside it. Wish we were informed of this prior to coming.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband, son and I stayed at this beautiful property along with our dog. The home was beautifully decorated/designed. The home, especially the kitchen, was fully stocked with everything one would need. The elevator was an added perk for unloading and loading our belongings. The cleanliness of the home was great! The public beach access was very close, closer than it appears it the photos provided. We had to walk past 3 homes total to get to the beach access. With a young kid and lugging our belongings, it was an approximate 2-3 min walk. Highly recommend this location!

Reviewer Comments: Pros:Elevator, 2 minute walk to the beach, nice porches off all bedrhooms and family room, TV in every room, 4 beach chairs and some kids beach play equipment, well equipped kitchen and newer looking appliances.Property manager, Teresa, was very helpful in addressing any problems we had.Cons:Master BR had 2 identical walk in showers but no built in closet to store clothes-just a freestanding unit not built to take hangars.NI DRESSERS in other 2 BR’s, just a freestanding closet. Plus no built in closetSmall family roomNice pool but rather on the small side. Weed filled and bare area around it.4th floor room with 2 twin beds had no place to store clothes-had to live out of a suitcase2 extra BR’s had no en-suite bathrooms. Had to walk down the hall. 3rd floor hall was visible from the kitchen.Highly recommend adding a dresser in each of the 3 other sleeping areas-master has a good size one already

Hot mess is HOT!

Hot Mess is anything BUT a hot mess! If perfection were possible in a vacation rental, this would take the prize. Everything about the process was seamless, from the rental, communication with the manager down to the property itself. Location was perfect, less than a block to multiple beach accesses to a beach that was NEVER crowded. There was a lot of thought and care that went into preparing the home for renters: as a pet friendly home, there was a crate, dog bowls, etc for the family pet; laundry baskets in each bathroom, towels a plenty with a nice basket of pool towels as you head out the door to the pool; coffee bar on middle floor; kitchen was stocked like being in your own house with an assortment of pots, utensils, bowls, etc including ziploc bags, aluminum foil, etc which seems such a small thing, but are things that you don't have to pack or purchase! We were even greeted with a welcome box of savory treats! The property was immaculate, very well decorated and very inviting for its guests. Bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy for all, but kitchen/dining/living area and decks allowed for gathering. The elevator was a bonus allowing us to lug groceries/ luggage up and down levels with ease. Our family of 6 plus our furry friend loved everything about it. Teresa (property manager) communicated promptly with us and was responsive to even the quirkiest of our inquiries. We would highly recommend this property! Come prepared to be spoiled!

The pool was wonderful as the ocean was too cold to swim in late October when we were there. The beach access is so close and was easy to get down for walks. The kitchen was so well stocked and there is plenty of parking. Nice big bedrooms and comfortable beds and plenty of deck space to enjoy the ocean views! We'll be back!
